The Last 3 Times I Order Delivery From Papa John's Pizza Sucked Big Time They Took 3 Hours To Deliver My Pizza I Only Ordered One Pizza Some Cheese Sticks & A 2 Liter Of Mugs Root Beer, This Is Totally Inaccessible You Can't Get A Hold Of Management To Find Out Anything They Put You On Hold & Won't Answer At All Unless You Call The Order Number And They Just Put You To The Supposed Management That Doesn't Answer, 3 Hours Is Way To Long To Wait To Eat Dinner I've Called At 7pm Didn't Get My Pizza Until 11:30pm, This Includes The Last 2 Times I've Ordered From Them I Will Go To Ceaser Pizza Instead Of Papa John's Pizza Ever Again Food Was Cold One Delivery Guy Forgot My 2 Liter At The Last Delivery Not His Fault Papa John's Pizzas Didn't Put It In For My Order So He Went To The Store Down The Street & Actually Bought Me A 2 Liter Of Sprite That's A Cool Delivery Guy For You, But The Staff At Papas John's Pizza Off Of Aldien Mail Rout & Aldien West Field Sucks Rocks I Don't Recogmend Them If You Want You Pizza Delivered To You At All I Learned The Hard Way, This Is Because Im From Colorado Not Houston Texas & I Would Have Gone To Get This Order Myself But Don't Know My Way Around Here Just Yet To Drive, Next Time I'm Driving To Ceaser's Pizza Pizza ?

Yesterday March 1,2024 at 8:30 pm I was trying to ordered a pizza when I found the guy that work over there outside smoking a cigarette and on his phone and I asked nobody is inside to take my order? And he disrespectfully said to me “No I am the only one and you have to wait until I finished my cigarette. Another customer asked the same and he did the same. He was trying to confront him and I preferred to leave and go to Dominos. Managers you better keep an eye on your workers!!

First time ordering from this store. I had a great experience. Fast delivery, Pizza tasted great. Overall a 4.5 out of 5. :) Didn't give a 5 because they're expensive compared to others.
No proof of the delivery never . They say they deliver orders but they actually dont and get upset when you tell them otherwise.

The air conditioner was working. The guy Riley got attitude, not clean. plus he will be always outside the store smoking. The store phone will go off, he won't bother to answer. The pizzas are good and delicious. Michelle and Francisco are the best employees. I will highly recommend go in when they're at work, which is the evening shift. Rather than it's a good place to order take outs.
