Tried ordering my food an hour before the place closed on UberEats. ( Check the store order records 4/17/25 ) They refused to make the pizza so they could leave at 1am. Terrible service.

As you can see on the screen shot I uploaded time frame of the pizza was about 10 to 20 mins. Will my pizza was ready at 4:27pm
They never failed always on time.
They guys are always in a good mood at this location

I ordered a pizza yesterday and it took 45 minutes longer than it said it would. The pizza was cold! It looked like someone just dumped the meger amount of toppings on it. And the to top it off the peppers and sauce were not included. I am not happy and will order from dominoes in the future

This location is the worst in regards to customer services and food prep 0 stars ,DO NOT go there I ordered 2 large pizzas here, while waiting for my order saw that the employee with neck length hair had no Cap nor hair net on and as a customer that has recieved carryout and gotten home only to find hair in my food I Take this very seriously and think that anyone preparing food for a living should also follow basic food prep protocols. When it was brought to his attention by the manager he went off and started cussing and disrespecting very vulgarly , disrespectful and extremely rude and of course I requested my money back which accounding to the manager I would be getting back in about 2 to 3 business days, unbelievable! Let's see if that actually happens. I see that there is several bad reviews for this location regret not seeing the reviews before, definitely would have not gone anymore if I did.That employee diffently needs to fired just makes the Papa John's Franchise look bad.

THE REVIEWS DONT LIE! Do not order from this place. I placed my order at 8:57pm and it is currently 10:57pm and I still don’t have my pizza. The tracker says I will get my pizza at 11:14pm. I called to cancel but no answer! BEWARE!

I’ve ordered from here multiple times and it’s about 10% chance they will get you your whole order. Even if you get your order they are stingy on ingredients and I’m talking like one pepperoni a slice, And if you try to call they will leave you on hold. Just take the 10 minute drive and go to another location, atleast then you won’t be wasting money.

Just ordered a delivery from this place . They wouldn’t answer the phones called at around 11:30ish so they were not even closed but when we called from a different number they automatically answer. We proceeded to tell them the issue. We weren’t upset we just wanted to see what we could do to solve this. Spoke to a Male with absolutely no customer service in between the conversation he proceeded to hang up. Wasn’t sure if he was told to hang up because they didn’t want to help or not but I will be going up there myself tomorrow to talk to this “manager”
