I ordered a pizza with them through Uber eats and realized I put the wrong address within seconds I canceled my order as it told me I couldn’t change the address on my order so I could update my address and they still charge me the full amount saying that they already started my order, which I literally ordered the same thing for my next order that I placed at the right address which double charged me thanks for the double charge and the cold pizza.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The store is the worst papa john’s I have ever been to. I ordered delivery and my pizza came flipped upside down and with toppings I didn’t ask for. I had to drive up to the store and the manager stated that she would put a free pizza on my account for the inconvenience but only gave me 4 points. When I tried to call back, Pamela the General Manager, stated that she isn’t going to remake a pizza and give points so just deal with it. I will never be returning because of the horrible attitude of the staff and management

Hands were not washed before pizza was made. Everything was touched before and after making pizza. There were toppings on the pizza I asked to remove and the pizza was not made the way o asked for it to be made. The pizza did not taste fresh either.

Even gave them an upfront tip,just to do my pizza right and they still didn't do it right,,pizza cutter needs to be replaced he only cut the top and not all the way through, you go home and try to have a slice and ruin the whole thing, I'm never going there again, this happened too many

I asked for a fresh order specifically fresh dough and not the ones that had been out ….literally placed my order in the parking and asked them nicely as soon as I did .. if they didn’t do as I asked and y’all know that dough be crusty and thin and to crispy and dried out … and it had huge bubbles in one so I asked it to be remade … they literally still sat there and used an old dough it shouldn’t take much ti do as a paying customer requested .. it’s not the hardest request I know y’all want to be ready and relax but I want fresh thick crust not crispy smh then gon slick give my remake a lowkey small 10in pizza y’all just lazy and trifling

Soooo horriblei was disrespected so bad. After waiting almost 35 minutes for my delivery i get a call saying they have no drivers and i can door dash but im gonna need a card. By the way he worded it I thought i had to pay the door dash. He then said calmmmmmmm down..i will make the order and u can pay card ... obviously i had already mentioned i was paying cash... this rude man said if u have no card im voiding your order...click.....so i counted to 3 ....and took a breath ...whoever he is he should be fired i called for 15 minutes and he forwarded my call. So i reportd him
