The delivery driver never speaks to you, just hands you a receipt to sign and add tip but we always add the tip online prior to check out. He was also breathing so labored/loud and crackly sounding my husband thought it was a Halloween prank. I didn’t want to eat my pizza after that.

I normally go to Domino's or Papa John's Pizza to order different things this time I order a large order of pepperoncini peppers and the lady was trying to charge me $13 when in fact I got another Papa John's order a large pizza and pepperoncini peppers and garlic butter for that much money long story short she was rude I didn't like the service I would not recommend that Papa John's best if you go to the one on beltway 8 and fondren

I had a friend of mine in Utah order pizza for my sons and I to surprise us. The food arrived early and was absolutely delicious! The only problem was the delivery driver. I have never felt so awkward. The delivery driver didn’t even hand me my pizza first. He held it behind his back as he handed me the receipt. I asked him if I needed to sign it…he didn’t say anything. So I had my son grab a pen for me and there was not a space for me to sign…so I put the total amount due in the appropriate space. I did not add a tip, considering it was my friend that ordered the pizza and used his own card. When I handed the delivery driver, the receipt, he just looked at it and looked at me and said “no tip?” in an angry aggravated tone. I explained to him the situation, he shook his head and aggressively handed me the pizza and receipt back and walked away. I called the shop and spoke with the manager who was polite and said she’d have a talk with him….not sure what good that will do, but I appreciate that she understood the situation and said she’d take some action. I would definitely order pizza from them again BUT pick it up myself to avoid this situation.

Is this not your store and then all of a sudden they have my pizza at home because it’s way too thin employees there just don’t seem to give a crap I won’t be coming back the last time I order from Papa John’s thank you very much

Awlful , DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Location delivered me a severely undrrrcooed pizza and when I called and explained the situation I was told that my order would be remade by management and delivered when I called the next day. I called and then was denied after I was asked to send n “proof” (which I did) some lady named “Priscilla” answered the phone and was extremely rude about the entire situation for no reason. Horrible

I made an 65 $ online order…. Waited over an hour and a half for it to be delivered… when I tracked the order… it had sad delivered 😳… I just knew there had to be a mistake! I drive to the papa John’s on Hillcroft…. In search for an explanation…. Only to find out my order was given to some random guy on the street… That stopped the delivery driver and said “Hey, that’s my order “! That didn’t show any proof of any kind…. But somehow was still able to receive my order…
I immediately asked for a refund…. Only to be refused one… not a manager in sight… only kids working…. And not knowing how to properly handle such a situation….
I will say this was a terrible experience if I could give this location zero stars, I would

THEFT!! LIES!! We received the wrong order and called them to get it corrected. They HUNG UP ON ME. We called MULTIPLE times and they HUNG UP each time. FINALLY they answered and they at first refused to fix the situation. After further discussion they said there would send a replacement pizza… and…it…never…came. Save your time and order from somewhere else.
