Ordered online, and put in the address and zipcode. Website auto put in Houston for the city even though that address doesn't exist, and gave our order to this location. Delivery driver reached out about the address, and when I gave the correct city, they said "Okay sure no problem thanks". Over an hour later, and no order so I check the tracking and it says delivered. So we called and they told us we were outside their deliveryzone. When we asked why they didn't tell us that earlier, they said, "Yes, and thank you for choosing Papa Johns." So yeah, unless you want to waste time and money, stick with Dominos.

Staff very rude. Pizza was terrible, I paid $20.00 for a pizza that didn’t have hardly any toppings and had asked for extra sauce; which there was no extra sauce. All I tasted was mainly the dough! I will not be going their again!

I called to ordered a pizza and a papadia and they guy was very rude and condescending. When I said something about it he apologized but when I got to the restaurant he said that he didn't put in my order. I asked why but he wouldn't give me a reason. We argued for a bit and then I left. I can only assume that he was mad because I called him out on his rude behavior. Very horrible experience.

I ordered my pizza around 6pm, said it would be here by 6:48. Gave them till 7:15, no pizza. Almost impossible to get someone on the line, and when I finally did they were like "oh it was delivered to an address that is similar to yours. I will get it out and delivered within 7 minutes." Gave them 30 mins, no pizza. Called them, the guy had left 10 mins ago; keep in mind I am 7 mins away. Told them I would give them 10 more mins. 10 mins passed, still no food. Called them again and the driver was finally here... with an incomplete order. He went to get the rest. Here I am writing this review while I wait for my wings made over 2 hours ago. Only gave them two stars because the food was good, but the delivery service was awful. Rather pick up than getting it delivered.

Ordered online this morning at 11:15 said my order would be delivered between 11:50-12:00pm no biggie. At 12:00 it says my order was delivered but I have not received anything. Call the store to speak with the manager, she was rude from the beginning says they have no control over what the system does. I say lies! She calls the driver, he was supposed to deliver my order first but decides to deliver someone else's. She says he will be at my address in 10 minutes. That was at 12:06 pm I did not receive my order until 12:40 pm. I call to tell her that my order is almost an hour late and cold I just want a refund. This female was so rude, she hung up in my face and every time I tried to call back she hung up and then did not answer. This is supposed to be the manager mind you! I filed a complaint with corporate office. Papa johns this is not the kind of management you need in your business! The previous time one of the delivery drivers wrote in his own tip amount. So theft and horrible customer service is what is going on at this hillcroft store.
Best location for Papa John’s. Cool staff, great food that comes out perfect each time.

Worst delivery service, worst overall customer service. Ordered at 7:06 pm. Call lasted 6 minutes. They said it would be a 30-35 min wait. It is now 8:04 PM. They are late every time. Now I remember why I stopped ordering for so long. Update: pizza arrived at 8:25 pm. Customer service was awful. They do not provide refunds. They just submit a ticket and was told to wait no more than 48 hours for someone to call me to address my concerns.
