Afterward the experience at another location, I called this store while driving there to place an order ahead of time. The employee told me he had to get in the system to put the order into the computer and put me on hold.
I arrived at the store still on the phone, after being on hold for about 13 minutes. I went inside, placed the order in person, and paid, while the call was still active. This experience was very disappointing and made me uncomfortable. Basic hygiene and proper customer service should be a priority. By the end of the service, I did receive the pizza because I needed to take it to a group. However, the phone call was never answered, and I remained on hold the entire time.

I placed an early delivery to be delivered at my job at 10:30. And I received the confirmation on email, but when I click on the tracker app, the app does not take me to my order and saying that There's an error and there might be a problem with my delivery, I've tried to call them probably about 15 times and haven't gotten not one answer. This is by far. Probably the worst customer service experience i've ever had

I went to Papa John's here on Westheimer Dunvale the girl was standing outside the guy was standing outside smoking I walked in she walked in behind me I thought she was a customer waiting for her Pizza cuz she had shorts on a little top on and she opened up the door and I asked her do you work here she answered yes I had to turn it around leave I was scared she's going to put something nasty in the pizza I even asked her do you have a uniform

Called to try to make a food delivery and Jarya the assistant manager hung up on me and was very rude didn't even get a chance to make an order! I would of went to the store and see what it was about but ya lost a customer because of her and her nasty attitude!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION!! Our delivery driver said that they knocked and called to drop off our order when we were waiting by the door and no calls were made. They proceeded to lie and the managers said there was nothing they could do. They wouldn’t even refund the tip or payment we had given in advance when we didn’t even get anything delivered!!We went and picked up an order ourselves after an hour. Do yourself a service and NEVER pre tip your driver. They will steal from you and the managers will protect them.

This place is nasty!! The guy who's making the pizza dough is not wearing gloves and the pizza is almost to his elbows! Disgusting!! Also, see my garlic bread. It looks nasty!! It really closed my appetite. The mushroom pizza has almost no mushrooms. This place should shots down by the health department due to health concerns.

This was my first time trying this location since December last year, as last time I tried this location my order was completely wrong. I decided to order a pizza to be delivered last night and I was very satisfied and noticed significant improvements. I ordered directly through their app to pay cash and it was here within 30 minutes of me ordering 👍🏻 Pizza was hot and had all the correct ingredients. Only negative was the breadsticks as they were misshapen and a little too greasy for me. However the good pizza made up for this in the most part. Overall (4/5) I was very happy to have a good pizza and have it delivered in a timely manner, but the breadsticks were a bit of a letdown.

Ordered at 9:30pm said it was “delivered” on the tracker around 10:40pm, it wasn’t. Called the store and the worker told me that it was on the way! It’s now 11:44pm and I called the store AGAIN to ask about my order and they canceled the order without even calling to let me know. Absolutely diabolical customer service. And I couldn’t even go to pick it up at this point because they closed. What the hell Papa John’s. Do better.
The girl making the pizza didn't have a hairnet and she was working around food I would not recommend anybody to go there the pizza was trash compared to other Papa John's
