I dont know who is the manager at this store but I REPORTED THIS STORE TO CORPORATE. They tried to say I had to reorder because they just marked it as delivered and never tried to deliver the order; not even a missed call. I call the store they tell me the phone number on the box is different than the one that i put online and it shows on my order confirmation, and they want me to reorder. I ask her to reread the number and she reads my number correctly, just lying trying to hide the fact they didnt come. Then she hung up I called back, its 2 girls snickering on the line and they hang up again. Absolutely not. I reported them to corporate and Im reporting them to my bank tomorrow.

Just spit a Phillips head screw out of my mouth after taking a bite of my second slice of pizza. Order from this place all of the time. Unbelievable.The manager Anthony told me he made this pizza himself and there was no screw in the pizza.There was no seal in the box when it was delivered so I suppose it’s possible someone added the screw before it was delivered. I’m speechless. I’m not looking for discounts or free pizza. Just really pissed off. Don’t expect to hear anything from Papa John’s. They already got my money for this pizza so they could probably care less. Will be posting this on Facebook as well.

Pizza is amazing and the driver who delivered my order was so friendly and on time! I've ordered from this lication multiple times, and while I will say that sometimes, the staff isn't the best... they have some elite workers up in here! Shout out to my delivery driver Ash and John the manager!!! Always a pleasure to order from here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!Placed my order & was given a delivery time. My order was marked as "delivered," but I didn't receive my food.I called the store. A man named John answered. He placed me on hold so he could check with the driver to see where my order was. I was on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up & called back. No answer. And still no food.I should have read the reviews before I placed my order.
