Very unfortunate to see this location go downhill. I'm not sure if it's a change of Management, but it's been my pizza of choice for 2 1/2 years. They're not the closest to me. In fact, I have the two other big competitor chains around the corner, but I've really love the quality of Papa Johns Pizza.
I don't know if it's a new corporate policy or the store has a policy, but it just does not make sense to me to drive all the way out here with the pizza, ring the doorbell and then leave if I don't get to the door in time.
I called the store to try to figure out what went wrong and they acted like they're not allowed to leave the pizza at my house? How is this benefiting anyone?
I've never had this problem in the past for deliveries. if I didn't answer the door, the driver would just leave the pizza there for me…
Literally having to order pizza from the competitor now as I write this review. Again, I've always loved this pizza chain, and the quality of the food but this specific location has really gone downhill. Just a bummer, I hope they can turn it around!

John was amazing and should give him a raise! This man served us a great pizza as well looks to be running the resturant all by himself! Understands you guys might be short handed but this man served many of us, as well answering phones and making the pizzas! 🍕 please give this man a Raise he is a hard working employee and dedicated to making pizzas the right way!

I have zero problems with Papa John's actually love going here. I do however find it very distasteful about the people sitting on the corner drinking all day along with a homeless guy bringing nothing but trash over by here. Not sure what you need to do but you need to do something to get them people off The corner and offer them by your dumpster where that guy is bringing all of the trash.

The guy gave us a pizza that was not even ours , it was warm, hard , couldn't even bend it , looked like it had been there for a while and just passed through the oven to get it hot enough to give it to us , he didn't give it a second thought , trying to get rid of it , called the guy back to complain , and it felt like he knew , either I was gonna call back or without hesitations he said come I'll make you another , went and yes it was barely coming out of the oven , looking NOTHING like what he had given us .. first pizza nope , second was delicious hope he didn't spit on it 😨😖🤢 , but well you don't want complaints , do it right the first time!! I didn't ask for it for free it was paid for
