I come to this location for all my pizza needs. But on my most recent visit I dropped my pizza on the way to the car and immediately came in to see what they can do. They didn’t offer to remake it free of charge which is fine. But no discount was offered. It was an honest mistake and I had to pay full price for another. I know it’s not expensive, but I feel like any other place would have AT LEAST offered a discount. Last time coming here due to the lack of customer care. :(

Order pizza a month ago, service and pizza quality was bad. The manager gave me a call within an hour of complaint. Gave me a 25% coupon. Order again today and coupon only discounted $2, but pizza and cheese sticks were not worth it. I guess the cheese was also discounted too. Cheese sticks were missing cheese.

Best pizza I've had in years, service was bad as I had to call for a cashier for my pizza multiple times, it was labeled as ready on my app yet I called twice. The atmosphere was good because I got to see the workers but it is an awkwardly small space with seats unfortunately. Edit: taking back a star even though truthfully the service is literally evil so it deserves negative reviews. The workers were passive aggressive and thuggish looking, will try not coming back ever again.

I ordered a 2 liter Diet Pepsi and the call taker said that they were out of Diet Pepsi but they have Pepsi Zero Sugar. When I got my delivery order they gave me 2 liter Regular Pepsi. Every time I order from Papa John's or Domino's they always give me the wrong soda. Also nothing of the call takers in the call center speaks and understand clear English and are extremely rude

Horrible Food service, I recommend finding another papa John’s. It will save you time and money, I asked for a chicken Alfredo, Instead they gave me nothing but cheese, tomato’s, onions & mushrooms on a plate.
