I don’t think this place has the worst employees, actually the Night Shift manager was very nice and helpful I just forgot her name. But unfortunately, my wife and I both are going thru food poisoning that hit us almost immediately after getting the correct pizzas we ordered and returning the ones they made/sent incorrectly. This also isn’t the first time pizza from here has given us food poisoning, I haven’t seen the store in person for myself but if I had to guess, the reason for food poisoning every time we order from here, is simply papa John’s ingredientes are NOT “better” than just grabbing a frozen pizza from Walmart. So to clarify, this is NOT a complaint towards the hard working employees or management, this is solely a complaint against the quality of the food.

Ordered a large pizza at 8pm today and it was not fully cooked. I’m disappointed because I love Pappa John’s. I will never try this location again, I’ll stick to the store on Jones road. I thanked the employee who handed me my pizza and she didn’t say one word to me.

Best pizza I've had in years, service was bad as I had to call for a cashier for my pizza multiple times, it was labeled as ready on my app yet I called twice. The atmosphere was good because I got to see the workers but it is an awkwardly small space with seats unfortunately.

Guys, I get this is a pizza chain and I don't expect my pies to be immaculate. But you had one job - how hard it is to not completely butcher a pizza this badly? Either we have an abstract artist-in-traning attempting a Picasso or I suspect someone has a vendetta against anchovies.

This is the second time ordering from this location. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. Both instances had missing food, missing drink, and the food that was delivered was cold. I gave them a second chance, and they made the same mistakes as before and then some. This time they had trouble folding the complex box leaving one side of the pizza box exposed. The 49 degree temperature outside removed all heat from the pie. No drinks again, and two of my desserts were missing.What a hassle. Never again.

If you want pizza 2 hours after you order it. This is the place. An hour after ordering they called and said it would be another hour and a half. So they asked to come pick it up in 20min. I showed up 20min later and they said it would be ready in 20min. This place is a joke.
Ordered delivery at around 3:20pm.....finally got delivered more than an hour and a half later at around 4:50pm...pizzas and cheesesticks were varely warm. This location is not even a mile away from the delivery destination...first time ordering from this place and what a let down it was....
