My favorite location fresh pizza always and my kids love this pizza
ordered garlic knots online which always automatically come with marinara sauce because you have an option just to get absolutely no sauce like i thought it was common sense? anyways check your order before you leave even if you’re in a rush because they always seem to forget something everytime i come to this location

Pizza was cool need more sauce It happens like two times in a row accuse me of trying to get free food told me we shouldn't do business anymore and that he's going to report me very rude
I like Papa John's but these pizzas were pretty bad. Tough dough, little cheese, little sauce, a good deal on bad pizza....try another spot.
Best service hands down, the young lady at the front, white complected with nice tats took care of me and guided me through the process of placing my first order with yall needless to say I will be back!!

Sorry Papa you missed the mark on my order… I paid for extra cheese and got none… the toppings were weak … I basically got bread and sauce on a works pizza! Also get rid of the extra small its called personal pan at pizza hut because the bread is buttery … only that was right was the bottled gatorade

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with Papa John's. On 12/18/2024 at approximately 7:05 pm, I had the displeasure of speaking with a manager named Louis regarding an order error and the peppers that were delivered with my pizza.
To begin, I found Mr. Louis to be very rude and unprofessional during our phone conversation. When I called to make a complaint about the peppers that were included in my order, one appeared to have been used and the other was dried up. Instead of assisting me with the issue at hand, Mr. Louis began trying to find complaints against me.
I was taken aback by his approach and reminded him that this was my first time ordering from Papa John's. I was surprised that he would try to find a complaint against me when I was reaching out to address a legitimate issue. Mr. Louis then proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay for the first order that was sent in error.
I explained to him that the first order was a system error and had nothing to do with me. However, the second order was not an error. Despite this, Mr. Louis continued to be unprofessional and uncooperative. He even went as far as accusing me of not wanting to pay for the first order, which was completely untrue.
I am disappointed and frustrated with the way this situation was handled. Instead of resolving the problem, Mr. Louis only made the situation worse with his unprofessional behavior. I hope that in the future, Papa John's will train their employees to handle customer complaints in a more respectful and effective manner.
