The food and everything was good. The only downside of that location is how tight that spot is. It's very hard to get in and out of there. The parking is very limited too.

My food is great yes but the Customer service by the delivery boy is horrible he just judges you he looks like he hates delivering food and throws your change at you!!!!!. Not a fun experience AT ALL I will now have to order with card so I have no interaction with the rude natured kid..?

The pizza today was delicious and very hot! The delivery driver team member Alan was great. He was incredibly polite and very happy to be working. It's been a while since I've encountered a positive attitude delivery driver, most are emotionless or a bit rude. So thank you Alan and I hope you have a great 2024. You made my carry out experience even better!

My order came late and arrived cold. The delivery guy looked dirty and the bag my food was in was very dirty. The box smelled luke cigarettes. My food looked tampered with and there were no seals on anything. I ate one of the Twix bites and it tasted like water squirted into my mouth. It was so gross. Now my throat feels itchy. Idk if it's all in my head or because of the few bites of pizza I took (I definitely regret eating any of it. I was just so hungry).I do not recommend this PAPA John's location.

My expectations aren't high for fast food chains so know that this was truly an upset for me to be giving it 1 star.Firstly, when I arrived there was a drunken man passed out right in front of the restaurant. I felt unsafe and couldn't believe they hadn't called for help or anything. It was like 100 degree this day and he was passed out on the pavement while a Four Loko was sitting in the patio table above him. Perhaps it was the bystander affect because I didn't say anything about it either.I picked up my order to go. I'd advise anyone else to check their pizza before leaving because once I got home I noticed my banana pepper looked like someone had already eaten it and the blue cheese and garlic sauce were both slightly opened and had spilled out as I had shaken it per its instructions. The pizza was subpar and they weren't generous at all with the topics. The wings weren't cooked well-done as requested and were just okay.All in all, the food was bad and I would not recommend this location.

the worst store in Houston I went for a pizza which was horrible, the pizza was too hard I went to get my money back and what they did was say things away they didn't offer me an apology, much less my money, I don't recommend this store and If you get to buy, check what you buy since they are rude and abusive, bad customer service. and i will not give any star because at the end of all the service was very bad.
