I absolutely love the OST Papa John's and their welcoming atmosphere. This location has amazing food and a wonderful staff. Everything is perfect every time. Eduardo is my favorite staff member. He is always working hard with a smile and with Godspeed 5/5 or 10/10.

Was quick to greet as soon as I got inside. As a dasher , most locations tend to blow us off and act like they don't see us but this location was really friendly and accurate about the time .

They use door dash for delivery, apparently. When the driver arrived, he come looking for cash (which I didn't have) I found a way to pay through the Door Dash app, but the driver gets no confirmation, so he leaves the pizza in good faith. I contacted Papa John's to make sure the door dash driver got paid, and the GM told their employee to relay to me that there was nothing they could do (what does that even mean?) and wouldn't talk to me. I'm reaching out to corporate, because all I am trying to do is make sure their 3rd party contractor got paid. The whole thing seems really suspicious and I'll be interested to know if corporate approves of this cash only practice. I think they'd also frown on a GM who won't reply to complaints directly, but offloads it to their staff. Appallingly bad customer service.

I called to order A pizza for my son who is in the hospital. They ran my credit card four different times and told me it was being denied. I had to hang up and call my Bank who says they saw all four attempts and they approved all 4 attempts. I called them back and they ran it again and it was denied. I hung up called Domino's and ordered the pizza with the same card no problem What A pain in the butt

I scheduled a delivery for 2 pizzas and two orders of wings to be delivered for 645pm. At 715 my food had not arrived and I had to call to get an update. There was no apologies, accountability or attempt to make it right. She only wanted to know if I still wanted it. We didn't get our food until over an hour past the expected time. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Papa John has just lost a loyal customer.
