Papa John’s is okay, but this one you can skip. The staff isn’t very nice, or welcoming, and they charge you for packets of Parmesan, I find that practice ghetto and mildly infuriating. Guess they took a hint from gas station McDonald’s and Pizza

I placed an order Online a while back right before the store closed. The employees were friendly and stayed after closing to finish up my order. Unfortunately one of the orders was wrong and I had to call back the next day. I talked to one of the managers and explained the situation and told me she would give me credit for a new pizza. It took a few days but the manager did fix my issue and I am more than happy with the service. They might have been a bit understaffed at the time but accomplish the tasks better than most other restaurants in that same situation. So thank you Kimberly the manager who fixed my issue in the end. Aside from one of the orders being wrong. I order a meat lovers and supreme pizza. Both were made fresh and tasty really good. Quality was exceptional and

Place a order through Papa John's and they had door dash deliver and bring me wrong order.. manger is rude and doesn't want to replace food..called location and they don't answer. The manager steals money and make wrong order doesn't want to return money or remake food.

I know we all love Papa John's pizza, but the level of service that was given on today. I would highly recommend this location not be used. The customer service is poor and unprofessional. Please do not attempt to call...you will be lucky, if someone cares enough to answer the phone. I'm so disappointed in the lack of training provided or the tools being provided to the employees. I received a response on Google from Papa Johns, but no one ever followed up directly from the email. So this again proves what I stated, you're lucky to receive a call or email to resolve the issue.

I ordered a large pizza and wings and the delivery person never knocked on my door. But marked it delivered. Instead they took my paid order back to papa John's because they said they couldn't get in the gate. I called the store and asked for them to redeliver or give me a refund. The guy that answered the phone said let me ask the manager. He return to the phone and said the manager said no refund because it was my fault. Then hung up in my face. I couldn't believe it. He was so rude and disrespectful. I called back and he finally answered the phone after I called 3 times. I told him that he hung up and he said the phones keep disconnecting. Idk if that is true or not but he did say he would give me a refund. At this point I am furious that I had to go through all of this for a refund on food that I never received. I would definitely like the general manager to contact me. This was the worse customer service ever!

They gave me the wrong pizza, I ordered half vegetables and half cheese and bacon, I paid the price of that pizza and they gave me one with cheese and bacon only

Do not place an order through the papa John’s app. They are just using DoorDash and if there is any issue at all they are incapable of helping with your delivery.
Was understanding about this, and instead of dealing with it the manager is just making g me hold endlessly when I call instead of picking up. Literally every three min just keep getting put on hold.
At the least use a dif papa John’s location these guys clearly suck.
also no pizza ever got delivered to me. Still attempting to speak to someone about DoorDash refunding my money for the order I put in on the papa John’s app….
Update: finally spoke to worker after holding 30 min. She tells me I need to call door dash when DoorDash is saying it’s their fault and I need to call them.
Supposedly the owner was listening and says I said something out of the way. Which they could not tell me what I said and ended on they didn’t want to be arguing with customers.

When I called two seconds after the mistake and the district manager said we should cancel this and didn’t. It was your problem.
The second my pizzas didn’t make it you should have remade them and sent them to my family. We would have been happy and you could have worked on your issues with hiring a third party company to do your work.
Stop trying to make it up and make stuff right so you don’t have issues.
Again stay away from this place.

Never will I order from Papa John’s again. The customer service was terrible. I order $70.00 worth of pizza and never received my order. They contracted Doordash to deliver my food. When my order was never delivered they informed me they could do nothing about it. So between the store and the delivery service… I am out 70 dollars and no dinner for my children.. and also no resolution for the issue…. And the worst part about it is that even the manger was rude and was not helpful in this matter. All they had to do is reduce the order have it delivered and resolve the issue with DoorDash. Please do not support this store…

I ordered today and it was horrible. One I called place my order and the guy said it will take 35 to 45 minutes. I said ok. I waited about an hour and I called to check to see if my order was on the way. The "MANAGER" said that she does not see any orders for me and I said well I placed an order. She tell me ' I must have placed it with someone else'. Then as I am hang up I get a call from a unknown number and it is the delivery lady. She have GPS but she is in the wrong place and I let her know that she is in the wrong place. I told her I am 2401 not 2400 but I place the order for 2401 and she said she was 10 minutes away.......................... She never made it. This is not cool because so I have to wait until I get off. I made this order at work but they are just straight down the street I don't understand. The manager was rude and I did not have time to argue with the lady so I just hung up. I like Papa John's and this is not a good look.?
