Never will I order from Papa John’s again. The customer service was terrible. I order $70.00 worth of pizza and never received my order. They contracted Doordash to deliver my food. When my order was never delivered they informed me they could do nothing about it. So between the store and the delivery service… I am out 70 dollars and no dinner for my children.. and also no resolution for the issue…. And the worst part about it is that even the manger was rude and was not helpful in this matter. All they had to do is reduce the order have it delivered and resolve the issue with DoorDash. Please do not support this store…

I ordered today and it was horrible. One I called place my order and the guy said it will take 35 to 45 minutes. I said ok. I waited about an hour and I called to check to see if my order was on the way. The "MANAGER" said that she does not see any orders for me and I said well I placed an order. She tell me ' I must have placed it with someone else'. Then as I am hang up I get a call from a unknown number and it is the delivery lady. She have GPS but she is in the wrong place and I let her know that she is in the wrong place. I told her I am 2401 not 2400 but I place the order for 2401 and she said she was 10 minutes away.......................... She never made it. This is not cool because so I have to wait until I get off. I made this order at work but they are just straight down the street I don't understand. The manager was rude and I did not have time to argue with the lady so I just hung up. I like Papa John's and this is not a good look.?

I ordered over two weeks ago and my entire order was not only missing items but the food was incorrect and poorly made. As someone who is a manager in the industry, I understand mistakes happen (although quality of the food tells me the staff is poorly trained or has lack of leadership) but what has led me to writing this review is a lack of commitment from the GM. I called the day after I placed my order as by the time I received my order they were closed and spoke with the GM, I was pleased to hear that she was going to refund me for the entire order. I was only expecting to receive refunds for the items I didn’t receive but was happy she wanted to make right that the entire order was poorly executed. This would have been fine however after not seeing the refund in my bank account after a few days I called back and spoke with the GM again and she said she “forgot” to put the refund through and that she was doing it as we spoke. That was now three ago and I still have yet to receive my refund making it almost two weeks since She originally promised to refund me for my order. I can forgive orders being messed up, I cannot forgive a General Manager not doing something as simple as refunding an order when you say you will. Do not order from this location as if the General Manager is this disorganized then I shudder to think what other things like cleanliness She lets slide as the team she staffs obviously aren’t trained well enough or led by competent managers. I’ll be contacting Corporate to file a complaint against the store and finally receiving the refund I am owed seeing as the GM seemingly can’t handle a simple task.

Unreal. Pizza was delivered 45 minutes late for an hour long work social. When we called to find out when it would show up the female manager was so, so rude. When it still hadn't arrived another 15 minutes later (she told us it would be 10 when we were already 30 minutes past the delivery time) we called again and she hung up on us. This occurred at 4PM on 9/14/23.The pizza finally arrived and tasted fine but the toppings were thrown on in a pile smack in the middle of the pie, not spread over the top at all.We have been ordering from here for our events for a couple of years and we tip the driver extremely well. Never again, though. Hey lady, an apology and a stupid coupon or something would have been the correct response here.

worst papa johns I've been to my life. This man literally didn't want to remake my pizza that had HAIR & my other pizza had no sauce when my ticket said EXTRA SAUCE. After telling this man what I wanted he acted like he could make my pizza how I wanted it like I usually order it so I asked for a refund. After asking for a refund this man on the left becomes hostile and starts threatening me saying he's from New Orleans and he don't give a Fu** if I'm a woman. While continuing to threatening me. Now I'm trying to leave this establishment and he's outside threatening me over PIZZA. This establishment should be embarrassed.

Well, it’s been a week an the situation hasn’t been rectified. So, on 7/15/23, I paid for items. From an online order through papa johns, I only received half of the order. Called the manager the next day, an received one of the missing items. But still was missing about $10 of items.It’s not about the money, it’s principle, you stole money from me for products that I never received. I was told to call customer service, called got a case # then an email. 4 days later not a response.Customer service sucks and is a waste of time. Take your money else where people.Update: 7/25/23 Its been 3 days since I sent out an email to the “Owner”. Haven’t heard one word. Again, take your money else where.

Placed an online order and went to pick up the order from the location. Upon receiving my order, I realized they put ranch on it instead of Alfredo sauce which threw off the whole taste. I bring it back inside and tell them they didn’t make it right. The manager said it would be another 30 min wait to remake it. This is today on a Friday night and they only have 2 people working the kitchen so I understand the wait. What I don’t understand is that even an hour later they did not even start making the pizza. This whole time Im watching as multiple people are getting upset with longer than expected wait times and multiple people (4 others not including myself) end up leaving or canceling their order. I ask for a refund and the manager is unable to give me a receipt. I tell him then give me the pizza to which he said he can’t do. I already paid for a pizza and I was not leaving without one, even if it was made wrong. I ask for corporate number to which he provided but I’ll also be making a complaint online as well and leaving this review. This location needs to be better staffed and needs better training.

I admit that I took my space and part of another one when I pulled in, but in my defense I didn't realize it until I was inside.? I told the sweet lady behind the counter (who was the warmest, most welcoming person) that I would wait in my car for a few minutes because I needed to move it anyway.Fast forward 10 minutes or so… I was busy writing so time had gotten away from me. She actually brought my order out to me because she "noticed I was busy." How incredibly thoughtful was that??!❤️I ordered pineapple pizza and garlic knots. My car smelled so good that I wanted to break into the boxes before I even got home.???‍♀️The garlic knots are always top notch, partly because there is always garlic butter in the bottom of the box, which I love! They come with a cup of dipping sauce, but I never use it because they are so delicious all on their own.The pizza was good and hot, but if you use the special garlic dipping sauce, it takes the flavor of the pizza up to a whole new level of deliciousness.The food was good, and I could not have asked for better service.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap spaces directly in front of the entrance.

3 hour wait today for delivery. Had to eat sooner so cancelled order. Mgr and driver did not seem very upset. Replacement pizza from a different pizza place nearby, made delivery in under half an hour. Wonder what is going on. Links and live chat to corporate do not work. Wow.
