I ordered a vegetarian pizza but there was meat inside and I threw it all in the garbage
My pizza was hot and ready when i got there. Quick service.
It was my first time at this store, and it looked clean. The lady took the orders really nice and helped me to get the best pizza for my kids. The pizza was delicious, hot, fresh made 😋

Read through some reviews and customer service appears to be a trend at this location. Honestly, what is the purpose of app that allows you to track your pizza if the human element isn’t going to respect the timing. If you have other options go ahead and choose them. You will definitely leave with a bad taste in your mouth before any bite of pizza is taken.

Worst pappa johns I've ever been to! This is my second time ordering from this location and always horrible customer service! I came in soon after receiving text stating order was ready, young girl in the front cared less that I was standing there, she continued to gossip with her coworker, she finally acknowledged me rolling her eyes, took my payment and had me wait cause order was not yet ready, 3 people walked in after me and got their orders. I waited 15minutes until I finally walked back to window and she ignored me again, one of the pizza makers came to the front to finally attend me with his hands full of dough and flour giving me order that was clearly ready for some time now, as top box was cold by the time they gave it to me. There is no need for cashiers if they aren't going to do their job and attend to customers! And on top of all that my order was incorrect, what a shame.
