Papa Johns Pizza

Read through some reviews and customer service appears to be a trend at this location. Honestly, what is the purpose of app that allows you to track your pizza if the human element isn’t going to respect the timing. If you have other options go ahead and choose them. You will definitely leave with a bad taste in your mouth before any bite of pizza is taken.

I just tried to order 2 pizzas for about 50 bucks and did it through an off inda company to do it. What's happening to our country. I canceled it

Worst pappa johns I've ever been to! This is my second time ordering from this location and always horrible customer service! I came in soon after receiving text stating order was ready, young girl in the front cared less that I was standing there, she continued to gossip with her coworker, she finally acknowledged me rolling her eyes, took my payment and had me wait cause order was not yet ready, 3 people walked in after me and got their orders. I waited 15minutes until I finally walked back to window and she ignored me again, one of the pizza makers came to the front to finally attend me with his hands full of dough and flour giving me order that was clearly ready for some time now, as top box was cold by the time they gave it to me. There is no need for cashiers if they aren't going to do their job and attend to customers! And on top of all that my order was incorrect, what a shame.

Pizzas were okay. We waited about 10 minutes to pick up, and we were out in 5 minutes. The dough was slightly raw, and barely any cheese. Okay overall.

We love Papa Johns pizza. We were living somewhere else for 4 years and didn't have one near us. So glad to be back and enjoying Papa Johns pizza.

Can’t even cut the pizza

9/5/23 we have been ordering pizzas at this location for years. I just picked up an extra large Cheese pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese I have to say that it was excellent. It had plenty of cheese and just the right amount of sauce.Five stars for Papa Johns Pizza on Tomball Parkway. ??♥️

I only ate here because I couldn't get a thin crust from CiCi's or Lil Ceasars but the thin crust was okay
