This store has the worst customer service I was standing for the order for more than 15 mins and then she gave me a different order I checked the order and asked her why did she made me stand to that she said we don’t understand you. And said you are banned from this store and all. That’s super rude. They should learn how to talk to people. I asked the lady what’s the name of your manager to that she said you are banned from the store. Don’t come back again. Wow what an discourteous, impolite, disrespectful, ill-mannered, insolent, impertinent behavior.

First time I've eaten pizza from this location, and it's been years since the last time I've eaten some Papa John's. I'm very impressed with how fast this pizza was made. I ordered my favorite topping combo, which is Philly Steak with Pineapple for carryout through the online website. It's freaking insane that they had it 5mins ready right after I placed the order. I don't know how they do it, but that to me is top tier service. Kind people who attended me today on picking up my order too. I'm fully satisfied and thankful. This was unexpected to me indeed.🙏🏻

I ordered a vegetarian pizza but there was meat inside and I threw it all in the garbage
