The person that was making the pizza was very unsanitary. His arm had a red rash on it and he was tossing the doe on his armš¤®š¤® and also touching his phone and cash register and didn't wash his hand before making ppl food..

Okay, so I grabbed a pizza at that Papa Johnās on Highway 6 last night. It was *packed* ā seriously, a line out the door. I ordered a medium and honestly, for the price, it felt a little small. The guy taking the orders seemed stressed, but was okay. They got my order right, thankfully. Parking was a nightmare, definitely wait for a spot. I'd maybe suggest they have a separate line for pickup orders to help with the flow. Overall, it was decent pizza, just a bit chaotic.

Nor do I blame staff for what i believe is upper level management incompetence. Staffing seems to be the core issue, talent a possible second. Canceled my order 1.75 hours after initial order. My homes 3.1 miles away from the Papa John's location

I ordered a medium spinach pizza on Uber Eats. During the order, it said it would take about 20 minutes to make it, but it took at least 40 minutes. The Uber Eats app showed that the driver arrived at the store and waited for the order for a while. When I received the pizza, it did not look fresh. It looked so bad. There was not enough cheese. There was way too much crust. It looked like they filled in the cheese and spinach to only about 2/3 from the center of the pizza.

Placed order for an XLarge pizza that should have 10 slices. I received a Large with 8 slices. Called the store at 7700 Highway 6 N to let them know I didnāt receive the pizza ordered. Guy that answered the phone told me he was sorry and will have another pizza sent back out and it would take around 30mins. Within a few seconds he calls back, says the manager would like to see the picture I took of pizza, sent to a number he provided. He then calls back again for the 3rd time and says they did not cut it correctly. I told him that was not my fault and it needs to be corrected. He proceeded to tell me he was sorry and that was not going to happen. I told him, so you take a Large pizza and cut it into 10 slices, making the slices smaller to make it look like an X-Large???? Donāt waste your money on Papa Johnās. They are cheating you out of pizza so they can make more!!!

Had never order from this location was reroute to this location from the call center. When I received my pizzas they were cold with hardly no toppings on them .When I called the location the guy that answer the phone didn't want to disclosed his name he was very rude and kept hanging up on me.

He will be hearing it from the health department and as well the lawyers that are coming his way. Good luck buddy !! Keep talking to people about their health issues and make fun on top !
