That’s what $37 gets you now. They missed an extra topping on one that was paid for. We returned them to the store for a refund and the “manager” said they looked perfectly fine and didn’t even apologize for missing the extra topping. He gave zero cares. We have ordered from many PJs and never had such pathetic excuses for pizzas as we have from this location tonight.

I waited 2 hours for pizza I ordered for my kids that never arrived. (It was supposed to be delivered In 45 minutes) I called after a hour and a half and they said the driver had "multiple deliveries". After 2 hours I called to ask again and was told by a young man named Conrad who I was also told was the manager that my pizzas had already been delivered. Don't know how someone looses two pizzas but I know they never got delivered here.

This isn't the Papa Johns I remember. 70 dollars for 3 pizzas. Waited 2 hours for the delivery. Pizza was cold and undercooked. I used believe in the Papa..Not anymore. 😔

We have been coming to papa johns since they opened and have never been disappointed! Always great pizza, cheese sticks etc. and most of all their service. Everyone is always prompt on time and so pleasant to be around! They all aim to please. Thanks to all of you and Brain thank you for having such a great team with a leader like you we would never go anywhere other than this location. Thank you for all the great pizza's

This is absolute theft!!!! In town for business, ordered a pizza and got raw dough. Called to report the issue and was met with the worst customer service manager I ever encountered. He refused to give his name otherwise I would include in this review. He said I need to bring him the pizza to prove it. I told him I'm in town for business and my company provides my transportation to and from convention so driver delivering new "cooked" pizza can pick it up. He said no pizza will be delivered until I bring raw one back!!! What!!!! So I requested a refund, to which he laughed and hung up on me. When I called back asking for name and a cooperate number he " Im not telling you anything man" and hung up again.
This was theft! Googled and got in touch with cooperate. Investigation will begin

Lucas Tyler and GM is Rachel. Lucas does not belong in customer service. He was absolutely rude. Refused to even hear a complaint about an overturned pizza even though I provided pictures. He had a teenager named Tyler get on the phone pretending to be the GM who he said was named Brayan to begin with. Turns out the GM is named Rachel and I really hope , she does something about my pending corporate complaint. So I literally have the exact same complaint as most of these reviews. Damaged or incorrect pizza or even raw dough, called to complain, Manager or whoever employee refuses to give out a name and says you need to bring back the pizza and we will replace it. if there is even one bite out too bad so sad. As for corporate number and names, they refuse to give either it and tell me to google it and then hang up on me. Just called corporate after googling the number. Found out that Brayan is the general manager, a 16-year-old employee managed to squeeze in , his name Tyler claiming to be the general manager. What is going on at this location? I’ve been a restaurant manager for over 20 years and I cannot believe that someone overseeing the store is allowing it to be ran like this. Overturned pizza and no resolution offered except to load myself and my kids up in a car and bring it back when I ordered delivery so as not to do that. They say it takes less than 48 hours for resolution so I will update

This is a real review. On Sunday, August 25, 2024, I ordered 2 large pizzas. The pizza didn't have any sauce on it. I immediately called Papa John, and the conversation went like this: Hi Sir, I am Kin Thompson. May I ask who I am speaking with? The guy was like why? Me: sir because I would like to talk to someone about the pizza I just purchased. So Sir what is your name? I don't have to disclose my name; just know I am the manager, and I won't refund your pizza. Me: Sir just to be clear you refuse to tell me your name you refuse to send someone to come and get the pizza but the only way I get my money back is to Uber to you to bring a pizza back you fail to prepare correctly. He said yes, I asked for the Corporate number he said Google it.

I order last night thru uber and received old grose dried up pizza and then they gave me the wrong order for my desert. I ordered oreo pizza bites and got a brownie. I feel like since i ordered so late the employees just tru me whatever they had to me since they were fixing to close . I came to the restaurant this morning and spoke to the store manager Rachel and explained what happened and how i felt and she showed no signs of compassion and refused to help me since i ordered thru uber. I was explaining to her yes i ordered thru uber but its the quality of the food im upset with and still she refused to help me at all. I showed her how i order from them all the time at night and told her that they are going to loose me as a customer since im getting such a cold shoulder from her and still she didnt care. I even brought up the wrong desert and showed her so they would see im not lieing . Im just disgusted in the lack of care from the store manager to not even care about losing a good customer over a few dollars.

I Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and upon taking a few bites I realized the dough was undercooked. I could feel the gooey consistency and taste the undercooked dough. I called nicely to let them know that I didn’t not want a free pizza, I just wanted them to be aware. The response I got was “none of our items are raw, is that all? “ I was not going to leave a review but the lack of care was ridiculous. Considering how pricey the pizza is and the brand that they represent. Beyond Disappointing!!

Pizza had seemed old the last 2 times I’ve ordered from here. The last delivery guy we had, was rude & literally ASKED for a tip (we were already planning on paying that cash, so I’m assuming he was looking at our receipt to see) & he didn’t give us our wings. Called the location to speak to the manger, he was rude & had an attitude himself. Put me on hold while I was mid sentence explaining to him what his delivery driver did & disregarded my complaint & just told me I’d be issued a refund for the missing wings. Won’t be ordering from this rude establishment again.
Everyone was without power and looking for food. The crew at this Papa Johns handled a massive crowd with grace and poise. They had everyone order online and quickly handed out orders. I personally feel that Papa Johns pizza is better than most pizza chains.
