This was an order of the so called “breadsticks.” It literally looked like they just cut the crust off of old pizzas they could no longer sell and threw them in a box. Additionally the red sauce they gave us with them was sour. Definitely going somewhere else after seeing what kind of food they’re willing to give out, especially when I’m spending $40.

Waited 1 hour for a delivery , never received a call or anything saying they needed help finding my place ! I called the store multiple times no answer , I even called the order line but they said only the store can help ! Finally I get ahold of someone and a girl is in the back yelling saying she couldn’t find my place but never called saying she needed help or anything called the store 5 times no answer until 6th time ! I got a refund I’m going to get tacos that was prob a better choice anyway !!!

I work at a local bank about 5 minutes away from here and the manager Rmon and his team have gone above an beyond to assist us when we need pizza on the fly. I highly recommend them.

It is so frustrating to call, call, and call again trying to find it where your pizza is after almost two and a half hours, and no one will answer the phone. And then, once the order was actually delivered, they left it on the doormat and did not knock or ring the bell, so we just had to keep opening the door until we saw the pizza laying there. And it was so sad and cold.

I wa slate to pick up my pizza and they remade it for me in a very timely manner without me even asking. Very professional and polite! I don’t really eat Papa John’s often, but I will be now just because the service was so good!
Somehow… they got both pizzas wrong. It’s clearly stated on the box and on the order what we wanted… not sure how you miss reading what’s printed onto the box and doing something different. Don’t recommend this location……

I give a 4 star only because Jordan and John, if it wasn’t for them it’ll be a 1 star, I ordered a pizza to be delivered through the app and there was a major inconvenience for me and a technical issue on their end, long story short these two guys heard me out when I had to actually come in to get my pizza and were very accommodating, great job guys on your customer service. Papa Johns needs to get more innovative and stop being so outdated so that the customers can be convenienced and the employees can do their job more efficiently. I gave grace because sometimes it’s not the workers it’s the company.
