I would give zero stars. I placed an order for a pizza and it took over an hour and half to get my order delivered. Pizza was cold and was not very good. Worst experience ever. I will definitely not order papa John's ever again!

It is now Midnight and still NO PIZZA🤬🤬 After try to reach the MANAGER 10 TIMES AND NO ANSWER. After being told that it's OTW. Over 3 hours waiting. This is the WORST SERVICE EVER! Soo INEXCUSABLE Never again and better get a refund. Im personally going to the store to speak with Management!! And email Corporate. Soo angry. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE 😑

Waited 45 mins for one small pizza prior to ordering over the phone 15 minutes ahead. They only had 2 people and workers were moving slow. The African lady working had her 3 kids coming in and out the store and going to the back which is very unprofessional. Kids shouldn’t be in the workplace.

The worst place. We were ignored by the man who was serving us. He didn't want to serve us. Truly, what a terrible place I don't recommend it. For the business owners, I recommend that they change the staff and put people who have a good attitude who serve customers with respect.

I placed a simple order for a regular large 1 topping pepperoni pizza. I’ve never had a bad experience at this Papa John’s although I just started eating there. This time was unfortunately not the same. I’m not sure who is in the kitchen this evening but our pizza was TERRIBLY cooked. This was clearly rushed and inappropriately handled. You can see the separation in the unmelted thick layer of mozzarella shredded cheese. It was cut like a 5 year old did it. And to top it off, it had very little pepperoni. So we received an undercooked, raw shredded thick cheese pizza with extremely low amount and unevenly dispersed pepperoni topping. Imagine biting into a thick blob of raw cheese with a subpar ratio of toppings? I never thought pizza could taste badly. The crust was the best part of this pizza to say the least. I am very disappointed about this experience as I’ve grown to love the pizza here in my short time of eating at this Papa John’s. Please contact me with a resolution, I refuse to waste more gas to correct somebody else’s error. Thank you.

The worst Papa Johns location. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery that never showed. Called to inquire and the MANAGER rudely said idk what to tell you the delivery guy just left. I waited and waited and nothing. So I called back and same lady tells me "They were delivered. If you didn't like the pizza just say that you don't have to act like they never delivered" I said I wouldn't know they never arrived. Just straight up rude, made no effort ro resolve their mistake. Needs new management and training.
