I hate to even give it a one star first off I walked in the lady that was ringing me up was nice at first she told me how much my pizza was I paid her she had no gloves on she touched the money went straight from the money and went to the food and touched the crust and the cheese with the same hands that she touched my money with! The crazy part about it is when I told her aren't you going to wash your hands you just touch my money and then touch my food she tells me it does not matter because she's putting the pizza in the oven instead of apologizing saying of course I can wash my hand I apologize I will make your pizza she did not do any of that I told her to give me my money back she threw my money on the counter with a nasty attitude. I would never return back to Papa John's.

I order pizza today and my delivery driver name Shanon D Souza was great and very nice and polite I have extra and he went to corner store to get change and came back quick with my change we need more honest people like him in this world you rock keep up the good

The driver showed up with cold pizzas, and they cheated me out of one of my toppings instead of contacting me to offer me a substitute. What's the reason of providing your number when ordering if they don't use it. This was a very bad experience, and I didn't get what I paid for. But I guess this how they operate in this area, because I've had the same issue with their competitors, that's why I switched to see if there was any difference. And looking through the reviews, I noticed the owner only answers to positive feedback, but ignores when there is an issue, so I've also reached out to corporate, because you don't do your job just when you feel like it. NOT better pizza, or service.

i don’t buy in this location nor anything in the menu. I’m just here to warn people about one of the delivery guys. Today october 15, i was with my family and we were parking in the mexican restaurant next to papa john’s and one of the delivery guys started honking at us and when my dad got out of the car, the delivery guy started insulting my dad telling him “you can’t drive well” this is unacceptable in my opinion because we weren’t blocking him at all and my dad was just parking.

We went for some stuffed Crust pizzas n they have a special called the epic stuffed crust for a better price n we asked about it n he said it was the same thing n still charged us full price.Be informed of the specials and order ahead so you don't have to wait in the lobby they only have 3 seats.Parking: Lumpy parking Lot and it shares with plenty of businesses

I guess another 1 star review wont improve anything here.Working at a hospital in a food dessert, you are limited on options when wanting to recognized nursing units for their achievements.For several years we've been ordering from Papa Johns. Nthing special, just that hey are close and they deliver vs 2 other options who don't.Today we spent $561 on pizza. The last $200 for our nightshift RNs which pizza was to be delivered at 830p.I placed 2 separate orders online for the units and verified the time for delivery. Now I've noticed at times when you are reviewing your order before checking out that the delivery time will reset when you change anything to your order to be delivered for "earliest possible" .Knowing this, when the store #0033 called to verify I didn't duplicate and order and it was two separate orders, I informed the lady that the order is to be delivered at 830p and in the order I changed the phone number to be called to the nursing unit as I was leaving for the day.30 minutes later as I am walking out the bldg my cell phone rings and the delivery driver is telling me he is 3 mins away. IF the lady was paying attn. and delivered the my message to the driver, why is he calling my cell instead of the RN Unit number in the comments section? I immediately called the store and the lady had no recollection of our 830pm conversation or the directions to call the number in the comment section.They will not take the pizza back and remake for 830 and corporate office isn't help as they said they will "inform" the store of the issue.Unfortunately the units will have to reheat their treat today, but next time they will get hot fresh pizza, just not from dominos/pizza hut....we'll doordash/uber eats or I'll pick up personally.

If I could give negative stars I would . Placed my order online yesterday , when it said ready through the app I arrived just to wait 30 minutes before being greeted. I had to call just for someone to come up to the front where my pizza was just sitting . My pizza was extremely cold and the worker had the audacity to catch an attitude . If you are not Hispanic they will not acknowledge you DO NOT GO HERE !

fresh ingredientsthe cashier was not in a hurry to help me even tho I was the only person therehe still completed stocking the drinks for almost seven minutes before finally deciding he's not busy enough anymore to help meanother associate was back with the pizzasI told him ORDER FOR SHAWN which he acknowledged, then proceeded to not look for my pizza at allI could have grabbed my pizza and left immediately if they had a decent employee who cared about the customer just a tiny bit
