I was eating my pizza and there was a black blob so I assumed it was a burnt morsel or a stray olive from a different pizza (I ordered a pepperoni pizza with no other toppings) so I pulled back the cheese and it’s a FLY BAKED INTO MY PIZZA. WHYYYYYY 💔

Wow where do I start from the manager was the worst of the worst I told him they delivered the pizza in the front of the office not in my apartment (they knew my apartment number and the gate code to come in they shouldn’t have been an issue ) when I went all the way to the front to pick the pizza up. It was soaking wet due to it raining for over two hours today. He said it was not his problem and hung up the phone.

I went tt pick a pizza today waited in the counter a for a couple of minutes without saying anything because nobody was at the counter and then a black lady thorugh the pizza and gave me a bad attitude without any reason! what a terrible service!!

I got an unpleasant encounter with two female employees that displayed unprofessional attitude and improper treatment to a customer while I simply requested a receipt of my order after standing a lengthy 10 mins. One of them simply said:”We don’t stop what we are doing for a receipt “. Unprecedented experience.

Just a heads up: you might have a raw pizza when you order from here! I was really hoping for that classic, hot, cheesy goodness you expect from a pizza place, but my expectations were a bit too high for Pappa John's. My boyfriend decided to treat us to a pizza night, but unfortunately, it turned into a rather disappointing experience. It's a bummer when your cravings don't quite hit the mark!

A poorly run establishment where the staff are rude and hang up on their customers who are calling in to complain. The pizza they made was over-sauced and cut up unevenly. They did not read the instructions I gave them when placing my order online. Overall a terrible experience. I will never be coming back agian.

Don’t come here. I ordered 1 pizza for carry out, when I arrived I all of a sudden get an email that my order was cancelled for no reason. I thought it was a glitch. When I asked the lady if my order was ready she said no, when I asked to show her my order number she said “I don’t need no order number, it’s not here.” I’d give this place zero stars if I could.

I ordered a pizza on Saturday evening and it was made it incorrectly! I called back and they told me I will have a credit for next time. I tried to call the store today several times and no answer!!! When I went to store I saw two employees who were working both were using their personal phone. Finally the black lady ask me to help and I explained the situation. She said phone never rang and she said that she will replace my order!! May order was made incorrectly Again after I repeated three times!! I ask if I can get ranch sauce instead of garlic she said no !!I I ask for cheese and red peppers she said she had to charge me. Any other location I go u don’t have these problems!! I don’t think that black lady showing any interest on her job. Look like they don’t care about customer service!!! Pizza crast was dry and hard to eat. Same person wanted charge for cheese and pepper packets!! No other location do that. !!!
