This Papa John's on 4004 Broadway is fabulous!! I order on UberEats to this location and the General Manager is named Crystal. Let me be emphatic when I say she is absolutely wonderful!! She really cares about the customers and she makes my pizza every time.
I called the store and spoke to her and told her my requests. She was super friendly and accommodating to me. And she always is. The pizza I order is always delicious and fresh and tastes great. I highly recommend this Papa John's for your pizza and food.

I cannot believe this. I ordered a pizza for carry out and I am horrified. It makes me feel like the man from The Platform 2. Smh. I’m disappointed.
Upon walking in to pick up my carry out pizza it felt like I was interfering with what they had going on.
The entire store smelled like marijuana.
Overall, I learned a valuable lesson- check the box prior to leaving.

Joe hooked us up. We paid for the pizza and he got the pizza for our pickup to be ready, hot and a good looking pizza. No issues at this store at all. I just wish the rest were as good as this one is and has just as good customer service.

I ordered a special order pizza online with certain items on it. The website said it would be ready in 11 minutes. So I drove to the store and as I was pulling into the parking area the store called me to notify me that my order was ready. Well , I am a officer and when I walked into the store a heavy set black girl wearing a red shirt was extremely rude and swearing at me. She said that she gave me order away. She also started cussing at me and how she doesn't respect law enforcement and we can all die. She said she erased my profile off her system because she doesn't want my kind of people in the store. Then she said that I couldn't arrest her because she didn't do anything wrong....
So , I talked to HPD command and the district attorney and now she's facing criminal charges. The HPD officers in the area have Also been told about this incident as well. I will follow up with the corporate office and also contact the stores district manager about this issue. She should not be working at Papa John's with that kinda anti law enforcement hatred...
