As I arrived to pick up my carry out order, I let an employee know I'm there for my pickup and watched them acknowledge me, pack up a few pizzas in a delivery bag, and walk out. I ended up standing around for 45 minutes waiting for them to bring my pizza back to the store.

I just want to give a huge thanks to the delivery driver who obviously dropped my pizza and chose to deliver it anyways. I knew something was up because the box was mangled and one side was open but this surpassed my expectations. I would have looked at it but they sprinted so fast from my door, there wasn't a chance. I don't know if they dropped it on the ground, in their car or what but im obviously not going to eat it now. He obviously touched it based on the grease on the front of the box. Really great service.
I called and the manager was great and gave me a refund but this is appalling.

Over the past 8 years, we place large orders once a month. Last month they shorted us 7 pizzas on delivery, the month before that 3 pizzas. We have also received almost burnt pizzas, or pizzas with very little sauce and cheese. The delivery driver is always super nice and helpful, but management got really snippy with me when I informed them that they didn't deliver 7 of the pizzas we ordered.

It's a shame that I just made a delivery and the driver never wanted to look for the apartment or get out of the car when I go to pay him, he doesn't give me options when I contact the store, the driver has definitely been rude and I will never order food in this establishment again.

I work at a hospital. I ordered a drink and a heart pizza. The pizza was slightly burnt, it wasn't cut at all, and I never received my drink. When I tried to reach the manager, it rang and rang and rang and then I got hung up on. Worst Papa John's in my area and you can bet I'll be telling my coworkers not to order from here. Waste of money and time.
I am so sorry to say that I called you to order 2 pizza not to promote and advertise the oreo cookies .. let the people order not interrupting them .. I said I need a small and 16 I didn't asked for extra large and I don't care If extra large it's only 2 $extra or ... let people order .. I work in the restaurant, but never embarrassing hostess like that I am so frustrated ...

Update: the orders are still almost always wrong and the pizzas come out flat and sad. ------ This place stops taking orders an hour and a half before it closes. This place sucks. Go to Domino's
