I ordered pizza and bread sticks they gave me wrong order. I ordered cheeses bread sticks and they gave me regular one. I asked manager Courtney at the Bay Area location and she was extremely rude and ill behaved. Never ever ordering pizza from this location. Extremely poor management and customer service.Also when I returned the pizza and bread sticks she took those back!!!! Who knows whom she is going to deliver that. That manager has to learn how to deal with customers.

The best quality fast food delivery pizza chain hands down. If you want pizza in quick, papa John’s has the “cleanest” ingredients and tasted way better than other pizza chains. Delivery drivers are always nice and professional.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies to choose fromDietary restrictions: Offer pizzas for those who have food allergies.
After waiting over 2 hrs my pizzas still weren't ready...i had 2 cancel my order and will never order again.

Ugh…Food literally JUST arrived…this is an immediate review…Scheduled delivery for a kids birthday was late…(ended up ~15-20 mins late…but did FINALLY arrive at least…)When I called to check status…Bradford was so very rude…actually hung up on me once…had to call back…Bradford…this is Jon. You know what order this was sir…and my number is attached. Call me at ANYTIME to discuss further (though I HIGHLY doubt I’ll hear from anyone on this…especially you…)…!Again…ugh…terrible location…save yourself the trouble and just use another location or get different pizza…
