Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen

Sat at the bar figured I would get good service. Well that wasn't the case. Went there w someone we ordered at the same time we did get our meals at the same time even though we ordered at the same time. About a quarter thru our meals we both had empty glasses bartender never asked if we wanted another glass to drink or a refill. Then about half way through my meal I asked for more tartar sauce I figured it was a simple request since they weren't busy. Never received it. For premium prices that they are charging you get subpar service. Was really disappointing. They weren't that busy. I mean the bartender had enough time to talk to the other patron about her cruise that she was going on. Guess she started her vacation early. Hope she has a good trip.

My family and I have been dining at pappadeaux since I was a child. We absolutely love this restaurant and the food is unmatched. Tonight was not great. Our waitress was somewhat cordial but the service and normal decency was lacking. The restaurant was not busy at all and had maybe six tables be waited on at the time. Not once were we asked how the food was or how we were doing. We had to ask other servers for refills on water. My mother and I felt we were last on our servers list and many of the other servers came to check on us when our server was nowhere to be found. The food was excellent as always but overall this evening left a very bad taste in our mouth. It felt a bit discriminatory in some ways unfortunately. Sad.

The OP (original pappadeaux's). I have been to this location twice while I was in town on business and it does not disappoint! Junior, Christina, Lydia, Yolanda. Go team! From the drink that Christine made me from a pic on my phone, that was spot on to the fabulous service from Lydia and Yolanda. They made me feel like I was a regular. Will definitely be back next time I am in the area. Thanks y'all 🩷

A waiter can make or break a dining experience, Our waiter Jamie had impeccable customer service and made an ordinary lunch experience that much better. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations!

Day two of Take out the staff Gadiel, and Nima were great. Junior the manger professional, great customer service 10/10.

Had trouble ordering online so I had to call my order in, the pretty Togo girl Tori or toni was very helpful and kind over the phone and in person. Will definitely be stopping in again.

Our Server Troy was friendly & knowledgeable of the menu. He was professional and attentive. Our food was delicious and served warm! The atmosphere of the restaurant was classy and calm! The grounds were beautiful!

My 1st time at pappadeaux was great the server Jeron was super professional and knowledgeable. He really did a great job. He got everything right the first time. I had the fish, red bean and rice. Tasty!!! We need a pappadeaux in NYC.

We sat at the bar, service was okay. Restaurant is old, needs a facelift outside and refresh inside. Food is always delicious though!

The trout was ok. I wouldn't order it again. We were seated 5 minutes so without menus until my wife suggested I go ask. Our server Joshua was MIA for some reason when Jaimie took over and he was great. My son had lobster as a treat and he enjoyed it. My wife says the crab 🦀 gumbo could've had more in it but was pretty good.
