My first time trying this chain in their home city of Houston. The staff was super friendly but I feel that they were overwhelmed by the amount of people, so they weren't as attentive as I would have liked. The food was good, it did take a little long to come out.

Last visit was pre-theatre dinner. Service was awesome and our waiter was very helpful. All entrees were sizeable and tasty.

Must’ve been an off day for our server , not attentive at all, and a bit of an attitude when I asked for straw & bread I waited for over 20 mins for… Food A+ as usual atmosphere was excellent minus the server behavior or lack of acceptable behavior.. I still left a small tip that probably pissed her off… but a deserved amount for service given..

If I could give 0 stars I would. They messed up my order and refused to remake it, Alysa the manager has a very unprofessional attitude. I called several times to speak with management in regards to my order. Customer service was terrible . I would not recommend anyone visit the pappadeaux at the Galleria location.

Came for happy hour and dinner. The food was delicious but our server Nakya was amazing! She was very kind, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We had an amazing dinner thanks to her. Thanks Nakya!
