Food was very tasty. Nothing good or bad about the service. Could have been a little more attentive to the needs of the table without being asked.

We ordered takeout catering. Fried fish, shrimp and chicken, as well as blackened fish. The meal was delicious. And food was ready as expected.

Hostess, friendly, and pleasant food was amazing. Waitress was a hot mess. Took forever to get their bread, which is pretty bad ass. Once we got our food, we didn't see her again till she brought us the check. Another individual asked me if I wanted a refill on my tea. Then it took forever for to bring bill so could be signed and to go box. Again someone else had to tell her to quit talking and bring to us. Bad experience with waitress but y'all if ya want good seafood hit them up you won't be sorry I will go back

We had dinner last night at this location. It was the ghetto 😭 the food was ok, very heavy on oil and salty. We were ok till the place became really ghetto. The table behind us had few kids and they were misbehaving. Kicking chairs and spitting food. One of the big kids turned his chair around and faced our table and kept moving his chair towards us to a point I felt someone is breathing on me. When I turned around to see what's going on, his mom or care taker started hollering at us saying "he is autistic" and "there is no need for that". No need for what? We just looked at her as she is a mental person because no one at our table said anything to her or to her child. We left shortly after, and will not be going back.

The food at this Pappadeaux location was just ok. Nothing great about it. The etouffe was extremely salty & the gumbo tasted burnt. It could have an off day, but I don't see the need to patron this location again. Our server, Joshua, was amazing, though.

The Gumbo is not the real deal... The bread was hard as a rock and the happy hour was only wine and beer. Not pleased at all

We went there for my fiance's birthday. The appetizers of crispy alligator and mozzarella bites were delicious!!! It was my mom's first time eating alligator and she really liked it. For entrees we had shrimp and fries, Caesar salad, pappadeaux platter and some type of grilled salmon. My mom enjoyed her salmon, I however, wished I to would've asked for the dressing to my salad on the side because it was easy to much to the point that the lettuce and plate was soaking with dressing. My fiance got the pappadeaux platter and he said it was too salty. My brother did enjoy his shrimp and fries though. All in all, or server was great but the main dishes were pretty lackluster especially for the price.

Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu with crayons for the word search and maze.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp so it is wheelchair accessible.

The broiled oysters were awesome. Really wanted the shrimp and grits, but was told that's the only thing on the menu I couldn't get after 5PM. Sad news, but - The crawfish platter was Ok. However, the Rainbow Trout and Shrimp was DELICIOUS. Service was great, Waiter Josh was a sweetheart.

My wife had the mixed skewer on dirty rice. The skewer was fine but the rice tasted old. I don't like seafood so I had the chicken tenders with mashed potato. They tasted fine but I felt there was something missing, especially for the price they charge for a few tenders! To finish we had the creme brulee, which was amazing. Service was good and friendly and the ambience. Was upmarket.

Food is good but not worth the price! I feel like other pappas branches are way better, but other than the price food is enjoyable nothing to complain about and service is great!

Hostess put us in a table although we requested a booth. The floor was very dirty with bits of crackers and bread. Food was greasy and salty. Definitely not coming back!

Empty tables all over and make 2 people wait in the cold. They have no waiting area. Waitstaff is a joke.
