I went to the location on 290 and the bartender was females and was more attentive to the male customers I had to wait too long for water and for them to correct my check they need to do much better but the food and drinks was great.

I am here at this exact moment, and I am so disappointed that the waitress seems not interested in being here ..
It was so not worth 209 .00
Service poor waited one hour for our food .
While watching 75 percent of the staff talking and laughing with the female manager .. They don't seem to c
are that we were clearly disappointed in the service and attitude .
I will never come to this location ever again !!!
Need to really restaff this location starting with management 🤔 😬 😩

The server was great helped me find just what I was hungry for. The food was actually mid the batter the use for their catfish n skrimp eh. For the price I paid they can keep it. Also I got a piece of catfish a la carte n pretty sure it was bad, woke up at 3am with FIRE in my gut.

My first time in this Restaurant. I was very impressed by the staff as they greeted me as though I was a V. I. P. And directed me to join the party which I was attending. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the service was excellent. The food was good (just good) not impressive. The restroom was very clean. I had a wonderful time with the people in the Birthday Party. However I will not go there just for the food.

Recommended if you want to taste American seafood cuisine. It was a place that was perfect for Korean tastes. It's a place where you don't have to worry about taking guests ^^

Horrible experience—don’t waste your time!

We made a reservation a week in advance for 7 people at 6 PM. My husband and I arrived at 5:50 PM, just 10 minutes early, and they refused to seat us because the majority of our party wasn’t there. What’s the point of making a reservation if they won’t honor it?

To make things worse, they forced us to stand by the front door, which was crowded and a complete fire hazard. It was uncomfortable, disorganized, and frankly, a safety issue. The staff was rude and dismissive, acting like we were the problem for expecting them to keep a reservation.

When we finally got seated, we saw that there were plenty of empty tables! So there was absolutely no reason for them to keep us waiting except for their ridiculous policy.

This place is poorly managed, and their customer service is awful. If you like waiting around for no reason, bad service, and standing in an unsafe, cramped entryway—this is the place for you. Otherwise, go somewhere that actually respects reservations and treats customers right.

We celebrated my mother’s birthday this past weekend We reserved a table for 8 but seated in two separate tables. Anyway I really don’t care for seafood because it’s overrated as far as taste, especially the fried food. But that where my mom wanted to go. I ordered red snapper and lump crab which was tasty How can you go wrong with lemon butter sauce. It came with a side of spinach for 48.95. It was served on a huge plate considering the contents on the plate. If it wasn’t for the lemon butter sauce, I may not have eaten as much of the spinach. Between me and four others we ordered also pasta mardi gras, cobb salad shrimp, gumbo ( not good), two alcoholic beverages, shot of tequila ( more like a squirt), spite and strawberry or raspberry lemonade (extremely tart, expensive and no refill). bill with their suggested tip$377. This is the last time I patronize Pappadeaux’s. by the way the fondue is almost $25. Pappadeaux’s is overrated and overpriced for sure. Won’t be back

Dinner, drinks and dessert for a party of 5. I paid the bill and only after returning home did I realize there was an error. I drove out and spoke with Camery and she made things right without any questions. I really appreciate how she took care of the issue and I will definitely return in the future.

This location always has good food, but this rating is based on the staff. My daughter wanted their sampler meal which comes with Catfish, she does not care for that and asked if she could exchange for Grouper. Our waitress Amber advised us that there would be an up charge for the different. She never stated how much, but at the time I sad not issues as I was thinking it would be the cost between the fish. Well when we get the bill her $37 meal was now $76. She charged our ticket for a WHOLE additional meal that had the Grouper on it. Was not a difference. When questioned, she simple say I said it was an up charge. When I brought it to the attention of management they said NOTHING and just smiled. One of the two managers just walked away. Well we feel they cheated us because we did not only get her whole meal we were charged for but also all the items for the additional $38 meal they added to our bill to sub fish. Be aware of the deceptive people at this location as they will take advantage of you. Been going here for over 20 years and they have now received my last visit as a customer.

I'm giving this place 1 star because of the customer service. First, let me say that a waiter was bringing me my food and my shrimp fell on the serving tray. He then proceeds while I'm looking to pick up the shrimp on the tray and place it back on my plate with a coaster, when he saw me looking he went back to the kitchen to put gloves on. Then he comes back with gloves and then puts the shrimp from the dirty serving tray back on my plate and walks the plate to me. This was very unsanitary. The bartenders are unfriendly. I don't frequent this place often, and this visit solidifies why I don't.
