Today I had the crispy catfish beignets off the happy hr menu. They were delicious! Then decided to have a chip salad with crawfish. My friend said add the catfish! And did!! When I tell you it was sooo amazing. The creamy dressing and the avocados pair so well. Just go get it!! You won’t be disappointed!

I had never been to Pappadeux before, but heard good things. I decided to try it while visiting Houston and had a great experience. The host and waiters were friendly and accommodating. I decided on the shrimp etoufee and it was delicious! The shrimp were perfectly cooked. The food was flavorful and I was surprised I finished the generous portion.Also, I had a cocktail which was not watered down. I decided to also try their turtle brown which was huge and decadent. A perfecting ending to a terrific meal. The food was so good I was sure to visit again before leaving Houston. I will definitely look for Pappadeux whenever I'm traveling south from now on!
