The papas pork potato was delicious just wish they gave enough bbq sauce and not 1 tiny little ramekin but other than that I am very pleased with the service, order accuracy, and speed of service.

Stopped by for a to go order. I was so disappointed in the portion size for the price. Sandwich wouldn't have fed a kid. The brisket potatoe was ridiculous in size, they use to fill the whole container. The fries same thing didn't even fill the conta8ner they put it in. Spent over 30 dollars just for the sandwich and potato.

It is fast food BBQ!! Not bad though!! I am not a fan of yellow potato salad but theirs was pretty good!!!!! And the baked potatoes OFF THE CHAIN!!
I use to drive from Lufkin and only eat at Pappas on 59, they had the best BBQ in town. Moved to Houston and I live next to a Pappas on the East and was surprised how it has changed from my first experience. So what happened? Just fire the management on East and get someone who focuses on quality, and better staff performance; we still need DEI to get the job done. The staff/management -haven’t the clue about the brand and the high standards you expect as a 5 star BBQ establishment. I’m going to return but Do better! I will give a 5 star because it has potential to reaching top quality with teaching and coaching. Create a quality person to inspect all food prior to delivering to customers. Top notch parking a security, always clean on the outside, and has great lighting.
Had to pick up a large family meal #5 a rack of pork ribs and a whole chicken. Everything was great with all the fixings of beans ,potato salad,Ac and cheese ,plates and serving utensils. Fed a large group of men and a good time was had by all. Thank you for the professional service and help to get my meal out on time and prepared to everyone's enjoyment. Will continue to be a fan of Pappas off Federal and I-10. Thanks again.
We've been coming to pappas for 5 months every weekend and we notice that the pork ribs are getting way too small , but the food is still great my wife and I love it.
