Really disappointed. Spent about $60 on brisket sandwiches and honestly regret it. The food came out cold, the bread was hard and stale, and the brisket itself was dry and disappointing. For the price, this was a huge letdown. Definitely not worth what we paid. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you’re craving good BBQ.

Wait 30 minutes in line to be told that you can't order to-go from the line and you have to wait in a different line. You can't be this disorganized and thrive. Not only that, but I'll avoid all Pappas from now on. Customer service has to be a priority. Garbage company.

I had to drive off from the drive through and skip lunch today. So slow I would have been late back to work. Orders were taken slow, cars were moving slow, and she could not get my my chicken po-boy, diet coke no ice, one potato salad side. She repeated it back wrong one final time as I drove forward adding on another stupid upsell that I never wanted. That's when I turned and left. I already told you I don't want fries or a second potatoes salad. This food is pre made. It shouldn't take so long. Sorry if I'm grouchy. I'm hungry.

I really do love Pappas. I love the loaded potatoes and brisket sandwich. Bad thing is that they always somehow run out of potatoes ;( and a tiny roach almost got in my potato from the bowl when the girl was handing it to me. They just acted like it was a regular thing idk, but I will still be eating here 😛
