I use to drive from Lufkin and only eat at Pappas on 59, they had the best BBQ in town. Moved to Houston and I live next to a Pappas on the East and was surprised how it has changed from my first experience. So what happened? Just fire the management on East and get someone who focuses on quality, and better staff performance; we still need DEI to get the job done. The staff/management -haven’t the clue about the brand and the high standards you expect as a 5 star BBQ establishment....
Had to pick up a large family meal #5 a rack of pork ribs and a whole chicken. Everything was great with all the fixings of beans ,potato salad,Ac and cheese ,plates and serving utensils. Fed a large group of men and a good time was had by all. Thank you for the professional service and help to get my meal out on time and prepared to everyone's enjoyment. Will continue to be a fan of Pappas off Federal and I-10. Thanks again.
