Ordered online and said my order will be ready by 1:50pm . It is now 2:30 . I have been waiting curbside for over 40 minutes and no one has came out , when I call they say someone will be out shortly

We went here and ordered the bake potato. When we received them it was cold. When we pulled up to the drive thru it seem like they were rushing us to finish out order. Pulled up to the drive thru it seem like they were talking and playing in the back. We had to pull up and even wait on our order so we would think it would hot for how long we waited. It was not hot or warm. It was cold. Went in and because they forgot our sauce and waited 5 minutes for someone to speak with me. They were leaning on the counter waiting for something to do while talking. Might not come back to this one for awhile.

Paid $40 for a baked potato and burger. I usually frequent this location, but the last few times I've been here, the quality has gone downhill. I ordered my usual baked potato, which I received after waiting 15 minutes and it was cold! The fries are not properly cooked either. This will be my last time returning. It's not worth the price. The location downtown is much better.

Just horrible I waited 1hr and 33 minutes I called in at 12:18 and it’s 2 now wtf I’m from Kansas City Missouri and we never ever take this long I guess that’s why KC have the best bbq and service smh almost 2 hrs

The service when ordering the food was very impatient, coming out as rude. Although the young cashier lady was very nice and polite, clearing that grudgy atmosphere. As any BBQ place, the food was great and affordable. (The lady who's asking for what you want is #theworst)

Stay away from this place we waited in line so long I had to call inside just to see if anybody was working. Then get to the window and they took my money then asked me to pull forward to wait for my food. I definitely will not be coming back got in line at 7:15 it’s now 7:51 still no food
I gave it 3 stars because the chicken is always half raw, I think we should leave it in the oven more because it looks poorly cooked

Food is good but portions are noticeably smaller. Place is always clean and inviting but unfortunately customer service is not always best. On two occasions I’ve witnessed a customer express frustration but they were brushed off when they asked for a manager then spoken about the moment they walked out the door. Suggest managers spend a little more time side by side with front staff to go over difficult situations and how to hold a conversation with a customer.

I normally use the drive-thru. The young lady that works evenings on the drive thru appeared to be upset. I was hoping she wasn't angry because I asked her for something else. She gave me an angry look. I was scared to take my food once she handed it to me. I notice one of the coworkers was laughing. That was my sign not to eat that food!! I ate it anyway. I became sick after 30 minutes of eating that food. They are dirty folks if they are feeding certain people contaminated food purposely!!!!
