Verify your pickup order before you leave the restaurant. Was told they don't reimburse you over the phone. They're mistake and I'm paying for it...

They need to work on their customer service because for the prices they charge it should be way better.

Group online orders once a month and there is always something wrong. This time we had to go back and pick up parts of the orderes that were left out of the bags.

Had brisket, sausage, baby back ribs, creamed corn, sweet potato, potato salad, and fries. We enjoyed everything we had. We arrived at about 5pm, which is the top of the dinner window in my opinion so we were disappointed to find there was no mac and cheese, which is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. Servers were polite and cheerful. Restaurant is cafeteria style, food service area was clean, dining area was clean and spacious, with country music played louder than what you usually hear in a public forum, but I don't think it was too loud. Restrooms were clean and stocked. Will return.

I asked for burnt ends with brisket and was given a baked potato filled with fat. The manager asked me what did I want her to do? So I got my refund and sat with the rest of my party. Still hungry

I don’t understand what’s going on lately at this location. It would normally be great service. It has really went downhill. I placed a to go curbside order. It said it would be ready at 12:38 pm. I waited in my truck until 12:50pm. When I went inside the restaurant the line was very long. I made it to the counter at 1pm. I’m assuming the lady on the phone and who also had a frown on her face and was not very friendly was a shift lead or supervisor. She did not attempt to apologize to the waiting guess or for any inconvenience. I asked for my tip received my cold food and left the store. I will not return until this location value their customer more.

I received an under cooked half chicken on a Sunday. We discovered it,,once we got home. Fortunately I kept the receipt and my wife and I returned the order to the restaurant, the next day. Kriss was the Manager on duty and he immediately offered to resolve the matter. He was very kind, responsive, and professional. He and his staff, especially Michelle at the register, went above and beyond the call of duty. Subsequently, We placed a brand new order and we were completely satisfied. Thank you for your excellent customer service! I highly recommend this location.

The best part of this visit was the pickles and onions at the toppings bar.

From the moment I was greeted by the cashier I had a feeling this experience was going down hill. The attitude from him was very condescending. Not sure if he’s new and doesn’t know what he was doing, but there’s no need for the short answers when taking an order. There was no customer service and the order wasn’t repeated back.

The order itself was 90% correct except they missed the 4 ribs on the 4 rib plate. How does that happen?? Normally the to-go servers check the order with you, this step was missed therefore part of my order was missed. How lazy has Pappas become with their training. I realized the ribs were missing when I got home so called to let them know and I was asked “uhhh so do you want to come get them?” Of course I want them, why wouldn’t I want to go get them? That’s the only option I was offered. The second option was just to get the order right. The inconvenience of having to get my car and going back for a 20 minute drive was never addressed. Once I got there I spoke to a manager and yeah great they gave me what they owed me, but at what cost? My food at home was already cold. To top it off for my order specifically I asked for moist brisket on my plate. They gave me the leanest pieces they could possibly find. Second the baby back ribs on my plate was essentially baby back rib jerky. To top it off I place an order for a gallon of sweet tea, and in the whole restaurant in the middle of Sunday night dinner rush they only had maybe 1/4 gallon. How? How does that happen knowing it’s probably the most popular drink option at a bbq restaurant.

If you live in this area, take your money to triple j’s, I’m sure they have a better sense of customer service and food. This visit was atrocious. It’s as if after Covid all the Pappas family have done is increase the prices on food and left customer service on the back burner.

I love the BBQ but the service is lacking. I usually eat in and they are just not very efficient. I just went through the drive through and it is very slow! 25 minutes to get two baked potatoes!
And five years later, the SAME drive through experience!! Ridiculous!!
