Every time I visit Pappas Bar B Q on 10810 Eastex , Tx 77093 I have a bad experience I stop going for a while because the food is cold or they don’t fix my order correctly. I have spoken to the manager on several occasions due to my food is not prepared they I asked. Tonight was the last night that y’all get my money for poor service I will never ever eat at this location again. I ordered two separate orders and the staff member gave me the first order and as I am sitting in the drive thru I had to blow my horn and knock on the glass window to get her attention. I told her I had a kids meal as well however I asked was my food fresh and she said yes I get home check my food and it’s cold fries and all. This is the worse Pappas Bar BQue ever . I will not be going back there and the manager has the nerve to say we close you can come get fresh food tomorrow. I will never eat there again and I advise everyone that read this review do not go to Pappas Bar B Q on Eastex freeway and little York.

Food was cold, so I asked for them to warm it up in the microwave. Guy looked at me crazy, then he threw it away instead and gave me sausage and brisket from the same place. Food was still cold. Should be ashamed serving cold food at the prices they charge for it.

Love this place but shrinkflation is real. Ive been coming here for yeaearemember coming here for the chopped beef baked potato. They were so large that they filled up the entire container and the meat was loaded well. The price gradually increased while the potatoes got smaller and smaller. Now one chopped beef potatoe is $19 and barely fills up the container.

I can't wait until the Humble location opens back up bc this location can't keep up. They gave us one tiny cup of BBQ sauce for 2 orders of food when we asked for extra & NO pickles, onions & jalapeños when it was asked for in our to go order. I asked for Coke Zero & got something different. Every time I've ordered from here, something is ALWAYS missing.

I was on hold repeatedly for 10mins trying to place an order. Employees kept answering and putting me back on hold. Got tired of waiting so I hung up.
The drive thru workers are always so rude. Especially the lady that works in the morning. If you don't like the early shift ask for a later one
