Had brisket, sausage, baby back ribs, creamed corn, sweet potato, potato salad, and fries. We enjoyed everything we had. We arrived at about 5pm, which is the top of the dinner window in my opinion so we were disappointed to find there was no mac and cheese, which is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. I received an under cooked half chicken on a Sunday. We discovered it,,once we got home. Fortunately I kept the receipt and my wife and I returned the order to the restaurant,the next day. Kriss was the Manager on duty and he immediately offered to resolve the matter. He was very kind, responsive, and professional. He and his staff, especially Michelle at the register, went above and beyond the call of duty. Subsequently, We placed a brand new order and we were completely satisfied....
Would have been a perfect visit if what I ordered was correct and also if what I asked for was included! The babybacks were perfect...always are! You pay $18 for a baked potato and get a spoonful of meat...thats ridiculous! There's nothing like asking for extra bbq sauce and pickles and its not in the bag!
