Just got back from ordering a value pack. Had ordered brisket and pulled pork and then a pound of sausage on the side. Get home and they gave us the pound of sausage, but in the value pack they gave us brisket and more sausage. Pretty disappointed to have so much sausage after having our original order online canceled 20 min before pickup due to them running out of mac and cheese and then having to reorder and have our food delayed even more.

We called to order a spiral ham dinner for Christmas. We received: A delicious sliced spiral ham. Seriously yummy yams. Ridiculously good stuffing. OMG tasty green bean casserole. Homemade cranberry sauce 😋 The best gravy. Thank you Pappas!!!

I was thrilled to try my first beef rib from Pappas BBQ, but what arrived was an absolute disaster— a scrawny, meatless bone that looked like it had been scraped clean and charred beyond recognition (see attached photo for the sad evidence). Based on my research, Texas beef ribs are supposed to be massive and loaded with tender meat, but this pathetic excuse was even smaller than the pork ribs in our rib trio order. While the side salad, ranch dressing, pork ribs, baby back ribs, and baked potato were decent enough for the others to enjoy, this beef rib completely ruined my meal. How does a BBQ spot in Texas send out something this terrible? It’s inexcusable and left me beyond disappointed.

Ordered my normal turkey sandwich however this time I received 3 small burnt ends. I asked for a refund & didn't bother asking for anything else. Customer service was average.

Worst potato I ever had! Just disgusting and disappointing. They only give you a tiny bit of brisket for damn near $20, the least they could do is give you pieces that don’t have fat on it. The sauce tastes rotten, the potato lacks of flavor, I’m pissed. Makes no sense. I ate what I could, but threw most of it away.
