The food and customer service here is always on point when I'm in need of some good ol' BBQ. The drive-thru is quick, efficient and highly convenient w/ pretty good staff that I've ever come encounter with. I always utilize the drive-thru and have never visited inside the restaurant so I can't review the atmosphere or overall customer service within the establishment. My Girlfriend & I were visiting from Portland, OR & Boise, ID & she insisted on going to Pappas for dinner. An absolute Homerun!!! It was fabulously delicious with large meaty Pork Ribs and fantastic sides too. We got the baked beans, green beans, Coleslaw, & the Dirty Rice which was so unexpectedly good. What a fantastic 1st night in Houston, TX.

I always come to this location because the meat is well seasoned and moist. I like their sliced brisket sandwich. My visit before this was not so good. The amount of meat for the price was small, about three small burnt dry pieces. I attributed it to being later in the evening and maybe it was the last of it..
