Great food and service but the noise level was unbelievable. I know it's a popular place but could not even have a conversation across the table with a friend because I couldn't hear what she was saying because of screaming children, etcetera. Maybe they need to do something about their acoustics. Burgers have gotten really expensive although they're very big.

This place got the best burgers in town that are not smashed burgers! They let you get half fries and half onion rings and the waitresses are super nice! It's like a burger spot that has chick fil a mannerisms. They don't trip on the Sauce and say my pleasure. This is my burger joint of choice if I want a nice juicy cooked burger 🍔

I came to Pappas Burger on Westheimer Rd. and the welcome vibe when walking in was great. Unfortunately, the to-go area didn’t match that same energy. When I asked about my order, I was told “right here” even though it wasn’t ready yet, which felt dismissive. I said thank you while they were packing it, but there was no response back. The attitude came across sloppy and unprofessional. A restaurant with such a solid reputation should keep the same welcoming standard at the to-go counter as it does in the dining area.

I used to live on this side of town, now live in Montrose. I used to come here a lot and now everything has changed....for the bad. I was waiting for ten minutes and 3 server's walk passed me. Then a family of 4 came in and one of the server's assisted them right away. I literally had to flag down someone for service. I'm like WTH. He told me everyone has their own section. Whatever. He was standing there the whole time. I always eat the burger joint on Montrose and will continue there. Pappas Burger you let me down 👎

They have a delicious falafel wrap, it's the only reason we go. Their sweet potato fries are good and so are the milk shakes.

Pappas Burger serves tasty burgers with generous portions and a fun, casual vibe. The staff are friendly and attentive. Some menu items take a bit longer than expected, but the flavors make up for it. Great spot for a casual meal with friends or family.

My sister drove in for the day. It had been over 2-3 years since we were last here. Food was good, our server was excellent [Ebeni (?) - spelling likely wrong, my apologies]. Now though, people can come in with a pet. We were reseated for our comfort. I love pets. My beloved pet was not allowed in the kitchen. He would sit at the entrance and watch me or tell me about his day. He knew that the food prep room was out of bounds. I trained him with patience. He, being a super intelligent cat, made it an easy job. In restaurants, servers who like pets might want to pet the animal, scratch it under the chin and then return to serving people's food. Outside patios, great! Indoor restaurants, unless a service animal, should be a no go.
