This was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at Pappas Burgers. Typically, the quality is fantastic, but last night, all three of our burgers were incredibly dry, tasteless. I think they switched suppliers for their wings - the chicken was very different and tasted off. Whatever they changed, they need to change it back.

Fun place for burgers and all sorts of other good food. Order at the counter and then find a seat, lots of tvs for sports, very fun atmosphere and accommodating staff. Milkshakes are top notch and salads are huge.

First time to Pappas Burger! Food was great and nice portions. The shakes were super yummy as well! Our service was amazing, Grayson Edward’s was very attentive and friendly. He did an awesome job! The manager working talked to us multiple times and made great recommendations!Highly recommend!

First time here and Ranger has great customer service as our server and was very helpful with everything we needed. Christian which was his supervisor was great and gave us free shakes. LUCY JUICEY BURGER … AMAZINGHICKORY BACON BURGER …. If you like good burgers, you have to experience Pappas Burger. In comparison to Jax, Hop Doddy, and Five Guys, Pappas Burger takes the crown. The burgers are large in proportion, served with a good amount of fries. The only minor flaw is the milkshake glasses don't hold a large amount but the quality is very good. Overall, five stars!

Burgers are okay , the meat needs to be more seasoned. it needs more flavor . My Son Had the fried chicken sandwich and he said it was very flavorful. i felt like they were very expensive. our tab was $74 plus tip $863 burgers one milk shake , fountain drink and a cookie . Fries were not good they were burned. My son had the Sweet potato fries and they were good .Service was amazingKid-friendliness: yes

I ordered a pickup. I ordered the turkey burger with sweet potato fries and fried shrimp with coleslaw. I gave them 3 stars bc the fried shrimp and coleslaw were on point! I'm calling this weekend to see how big of a container of coleslaw I can get ?Now, I really wanted to give them 2 ? bc they should be ashamed of that turkey burger! Everybody and they mama know damn well that you have to season turkey meat! I only eat turkey and seafood (not usually fried foods but this was a cheat day) so my mouth was watering when I saw the size of the burger. I took 2 bites bc I wanted to be certain that I wasn't tasting anything ? Yep! The turkey meat isn't seasoned. I threw a $20 burger in the trash. My usual turkey burger spot no longer sells them, so I'm looking for a new spot.
