Visited dueing Happy Hour time and it was a pleasure. Cheap $5 Margaritas and loaded nachos that were a steal. The server was nice and I enjoyed time with my girlfriend. Recommend coming to this place if you ever get the chance.

We haven't been to a Pappasitos in over 5 years (moved to MS) and it was exactly as good as I remembered! I ordered the chicken quesadilla and Ixtapa beef taco lunch combo (with grilled veggies in lieu of rice and beans) and the first bite made my soul sing with happiness. Nothing really compares to their food, in my opinion.
Not only is the food excellent, but the atmosphere is fun, breezy, and colorful with dining indoor or outside on covered patios with ceiling fans and greenery. The service is such that you yearn for every establishment to send their wait staff to Pappasitos for training. Friendly, prompt, literally on top of it, anticipating your needs before you realize you need something. The manager walked the restaurant constantly, checking on tables, food quality, servers' responsiveness, etc. Very impressive! That makes a huge difference.
At least this was our experience yesterday. It was exactly what we were craving while visiting friends in Houston and met all of our expectations and then some. Thank you Pappasitos for a perfect lunch experience!

My brother was treating the family to dinner. He asked for a modified dish( he wanted cheese inside the chicken fajita enchiladas to keep the meat together) they brought the regular dish as on the menu. It took them close to an hour to bring it correctly. He wasn't too upset and was given a gift card for the inconvenience but it wasn't a difficult modification. The bill was 1K The food and dessert were great.

Extremely bad experience We ordered a family fajitas they had 0 tortillas. First time I experience this at a Pappsitos cantina. Our fajitas were cold by the time we got them. We ordered the family size beef fajitas for 5-6. Then we ordered the medium size shrimp fajitas for 1-2.
We were four adults.
Finally, we each had 1 taco and the food was gone. The portions are not nearly what they used to be at this place. The Medium size shrimp fajitas had 10 small shrimp.
Extremely Disappointed. Waitress was extremely nice young lady. The hostess was very rude as well. Will not return to this place ever again.
We complained to the manager. He was extremely nice and comprehensive. He was kind enough to bring out the exact same order. The food was excellent. The waitress excellen, but the portions seem a rip off. Thankful to the current manager for his comprehension and for the complimentary food.
