While the restaurant itself was not bad, we had a terrible experience because of the lack of security and safety surrounding the area. My husband and I had a decent meal but our car was broken into while eating. Although there were 3 security guards on duty, someone was able to break into our car and steal from us. I will never visit the location again because of the insufficiency of the security. I recognize that the restaurant itself is not the cause, but their paid security is a joke. While we were sweeping up the broken glass from our car, the security guards drove past us multiple times ignoring the situation. The manager was kind and the cops were called but nothing happened but the evil people getting away with crime, the cops doing nothing, and the restaurant continuing to serve others. Very disheartening. Just warning others before a similar situation occurs.

We normally go just to get the fajitas. Very disappointed this trip. Had beef and chicken. The chicken had no seasoning and was huge chucks of meat that wasn't seared and seasoned like it used to be. Not sure if it is now the same at all locations. I'll try at a different location next time. If it's this way we will find a new favorite place.

Valentines Evening- the place was less than packed. We got seated quickly, got our menus and that was the last time we saw an employee till we passed the hostess on our way out the door- she didn't appear too concerned either. Do better Pappas Family!

Not my first choice in texmex. Tends to be overpriced, loud, and service was just okay. But we got seated immediately and the potato taquito things were good.
Vegetarian options: You can ask for things like the quesadillas to just have veggies. They don’t have many vegetarian on purpose options.
