I usually only make reviews when I'm happy with a service but today that changed. We went to dinner with our kids and grandkids after the auto and boat show. We waited at the table a very long time before a server came. Finally the server came to take drink orders and drinks took forever. Didn't even bring water for the table. Took forever to get someone's attention to get water finally. Finally get drinks and order food and didn't get our tortillas. (we ordered fajitas.) Also ordered jalapenos that never arrived. We mentioned that when we asked for bill and they just said sorry I'll take it off the bill. Lol. Finally flagged someone down for tortillas. Food got cold. Bottom line, food was just ok and service was terrible!!! We will not be going back. To spend so much money for hardly any service I would rather just order in. Service just isn't what is used to be and I'm truly disappointed in Pappasitos as it used to have better training and standards for customer service.

Daniel the bartender is very courteous, respectful and has great customer service. some of the bartenders that work behind the bar need to be more like him. Keep up the good work !!

GP gave us absolutely incredible service, I might go as far as to say he gave the best service I've ever received at a restaurant. The food was spectacular, spent almost no time waiting for food/table/service. Very polite and attentive, any request we had, he was already there to get it for us. He even brought us to-go boxes before we even had the chance to ask! Absolutely phenomenal experience. Im gonna have to be back for those beef fajitas.

GP was the literally best waiter I’ve ever had!! He was a constantly making sure we were extremely well taken care of, on top of everything, has a smile on our faces, and even opened the door for us when we left! 1000/10 experience because of him!!

Last minute dinner choice for some fajitas. Server Hope was great! Her attentiveness was on point without being too much. Seafood ceviche is meh in my opinion.... fresh, but meh. The chicken fajitas were good, steak fajitas lacked the normal flavor. Dinner tonight didn't satisfy my fajitas urge I was craving 😔 Oh well...
