Been to Pappasito's many of times through out Houston with family, friends and coworkers. A " MORGAN" came to the table to tell us we could not be served anymore because we had not ordered food. I had 2 ritas, and the others just beers and we had our chips and salsa ..I did not know there was a time limit to order food. I GUESS WE just cant sit talk, mingle and relax with drinks ANYMORE, she made it a point by coming to the table and saying " YOU CAN NOT BE SERVED ANYMORE YOUR CUT OFF BC YOU DIDNT ORDER FOOD"
and walked away. We tried to tell her we were waiting on others to arrive but she was not having it.
And we still spent close to $80.00
We do not have that problem anywhere else Saltgrass, Bungalow, Haywire.
Unprofessional the way she approached us.
1. Morgan DID NOT INTRODUCE HERSELF AS Morgan (i had to ask our waiter who she was) the RESTAURANT MANAGER, the FLOOR OR BAR MANAGER.

Went to Pappasito’s for lunch, and I was very disappointed with the food. Ordered fajitas for two and had no flavor and order flautas with also no flavor at all. I guess someone obviously forgot to put seasoning on the food. Paid $77 for two of us and it was not worth the money. The atmosphere was very nice and the waiter was excellent. The food qualities just not there. Not to mention, the place is very expensive for the quality of food

Fajitas are usually great, but not today. Chicken Fajitas were way overcooked, and the kitchen was really slow on getting out food. Should have sent the Fajitas back, but we didn't want to wait any longer to eat.

I was there with a big party for a family birthday party and the waitress that was working our table how to ugly attitude the entire time. Her face clearly showed she did not want to be working that day. And essentially it felt like we were to blame. Anytime we needed something and try to call her to get her attention she never responded. I wish I would have been able to give the other waitress that was working our party our tip because she helped us more than our assigned waitress. Regretfully I do not remember their names.

Togo servers always forget something! It’s frustrating because they place the bag in the back and said they checked everything. Something is always missing even when you remind them. Sometimes I regret tipping their Togo server…

Atmosphere is great, food great, always a great vibe. The only issue is when you're going for curbside pickup and there are no parking spaces because people dining in take the spaces. What's the point of paying security if they are not going to enforce ALL rules?!
