I will never order again. I ordered 2 loaded cheesesteak fries one with mushrooms and roasted peppers. This place should shut down. I wish I read the reviews. I got 2 bowl of fries very little mushrooms or peppers no cheesesteak at all. A complete waste of money.

Ordered on Uber Eats and the order was entirely wrong, we ordered two chicken cheesesteaks and one cheesesteak and we got three regular cheesesteaks that looked pre-packaged and the "cheese sauce" is just cheap ass Velveeta cheese slices, none of the things we asked for had been done to the sandwiches, like one had no onions and they all had onions, just all around terrible service and a waste of money

"Pardon My Cheesesteak is a virtual cheesesteak restaurant brand available for delivery & pick up only." This isn't a real restaurant. These orders are fulfilled by IHOP. I'm confused by Sunny G's review. Was this person reviewing IHOP?

As someone mentioned in their review previously, if you’re looking for “Pardon My Cheesesteak”, you won’t find it, as it’s really part of Brio Italian Restaurant. So I finally found it where to pick it up and the $11 cheesesteak fit in the palm of my hand. The cheesesteak was decent, but not worth it.

***DO NOT ORDER***Ordered via Uber Eats and got a regular, very greasy grilled cheese, zero steak. Also ordered a iced tea but got a Pepsi. On the receipt, it says IHOP and the line item is PMC Classic, which I guess stands for Pardon My Cheesesteak. If I wanted IHOP, I would have ordered IHOP. It's also weird that IHOP has a proper cheesesteak on its menu, but was given a slop-looking grilled cheese san steak.
Doordashed food and I got the completely wrong order. Will never order from them again.

Order was wrong (wrong size sandwiches that we paid extra for) - had to get credit on Uber Eats. Cheese was non-existent - it was kinda just a half-liquidy mess of clear-colored grease. I know they are new so I might try them again just to see if things improved. I really want to give them the benefit of the doubt as I've been to another of their locations and it was great. Will update this review if I try again.
