Horrible service!!! Asked for a to go box at the checkout counter because they assumed I was eating in and got no reply the two ladies behind the counter looked at each other and laughed, then continued to speak Spanish while rudely placing the to go box without a look at us and spoke in Spanish saying how they messed up our coffee. I can speak fluent Spanish and they can speak English so idky the lack of response and giggles when I kindly asked for a to go box!! Food is gross and over priced one Dubai tart was $10, a cookie bottle muffin was about $5 and a cookie butter macchiato, that was made wrong admittedly by the employees was about $7/$8 I ate the tart and had to toss it it was so disgustingly artificially buttered flavored it sounds good but no I had to vomit because of it the cookie butter muffin tasted like cookie butter lavender and Pepto-Bismol disgusting only enjoyed the wrongly made cookie butter macchiato iced and even then the cookie butter was chunky at the bottom of the cup ugh. Atmosphere is beautiful but the attitude ruined the presentation of the building and the smell of fabuloso was a horrible match with the smell of desserts.
They put ice cubes in the pitcher of half and half so it waters it down and cools off your coffee too much. Phone wasn’t working a different day when I tried to order a cake so I drove the Westheimer one who could take my order. It also smells like Fabuloso or something in there.

Ordered from Paris Baguette through DoorDash and everything arrived in really nice, secure packaging. The mochi donut was absolutely delicious—soft, chewy, and the highlight of my order. The pastry frank was a decent savory bite, and while the iced mocha coffee wasn’t quite my thing (a bit bitter with the 2% milk), the pastries more than made up for it. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely order again just for that mochi donut!

Details: 👉🏻Arrived at approximately 10:10 AM 👉🏻 This location is much larger than the others, but the selection is much smaller, especially compared to the Bellaire restaurant. 👉🏻 Finished ordering at 10:19 AM After having finished all, but one of our treats (which we were saving to have with our coffees) I went up to check on our remaining purchases. 👉🏻 we were ignored for a while and then found out not only had they gotten our coffee order wrong, they hadn't even heated up our sandwiches.
When the sandwiches finally finished at approximately 10:40 they were set on the end of the counter in the pick up area. This is fair except for the fact that we were sitting right near the counter and we had been WAITING FOR OVER 20 MINUTES for two sandwiches to be heated up in the microwave and two coffees. It would've been a nice gesture if she had just handed them right to us.
I admit the cashier was very friendly and handled every situation with grace; but, she seemed either poorly trained or completely incompetent.
👉🏻The only good part was the food 💯 I hate to even have to say it, but the scone was undercooked and doughy. (See the Pic)other than that, everything was delicious. The coffees were meh: overly sweet and not enough flavor.
In the end, because of all the terrible service we had to rush to finish up, so my son could get to work. Pretty sure I will not return to this location 😥😫

If you are a good delivery person be prepared to be treated like a criminal here. Every time I come it gets worse. I come here often as a patron with my kids. We love this place but please treat your delivery drivers with some type of respect.

I had a wonderful experience with a pickup order from this Paris Baguette location, and I can't recommend it enough.
The entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. From the moment I placed my order to the quick and easy pickup, everything went perfectly. The best part was the outstanding service we received from Rosa. She was absolutely fantastic and was so helpful in coordinating our order and making sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and excellent assistance made the whole visit a breeze.
As for the food, it was exactly what we were hoping for. The pastries and sandwiches were incredibly fresh and tasted absolutely delicious. It's clear that the team takes great pride in the quality of their ingredients and preparation.
I'll definitely be back for more delicious treats, and I'm so grateful for the smooth experience and Rosa's wonderful help!

Had heard so much about it. Ordered a tiramisu cake for my best friend's birthday who is a pastry chef. The cake was nowhere near tiramisu . No coffee flavor and the cream tasted more like Black Forest whipped cream rather than mascapone cream.

First time to this location. Service is such a mess. Seemed like 4 members of staff at 7.35am on a Friday morning. 2 people were waiting for their online orders and we were behind 1 lady in line. 1 staff member seemed to be dedicated to heating up cheese croissants for the store and others were going back & forth to the kitchen area - nobody acknowldged us in line at the till. 1 girl came & asked the 2nd person waiting for online what she was picking up and then moved the cups to the side (presumably these were cups for that order) and called one of the other staff members. meanwhile still no acknowledgement to us in line at the till. Now, is seems nobody is serving anoyone - all go to the kitchen space. By 7.50am the lady in front of us at the till was still not served and we had to leave for our appointment. We did not even want drinks and were just trying to pay for 2 almond croissants which we had to leave on the tray at the till point. The lady in front said she would tell the staff we had left. Also, many of the bakery items were out of stock. Will not return to this location of Paris Baguette.
