It is the worst Banh Mi, I've had from, CHINATOWN. The bread was overly toasted. Their so-called vegetarian/vegan Bahn Mi, was nasty. Supposedly they use tofu, but it must have been dehydrated & soaked in fish sauce, even though they claimed it wasn't. I even picked out 1 small dehydrated brown piece off the sandwich to taste it, surely straight fish taste. Not to mention the bread was an extra small version of the traditional bread size used. Service was MEH, no napkins on any of the tables, Needless to say a waste of time & money. Left hungry & hitting up a better spot in Chinatown.

Great food, great service!
There was no pate on my spring rolls. It must have been intentional bc I ordered 4. It just didn’t taste complete without it. Also, the bahn mi are some of the smallest I’ve seen. I didn’t try it, but my spouse said it tasted good even though he was still a little hungry.
They don’t charge the listed prices and they always get your order wrong. Don’t go here.

The restaurant closed the kitchen during the last couple of hours of the day, so we were unable to try anything that required more than the toaster oven for the staff to use.

I don't know what happened that day, but the lady working there spoke no Vietnamese, and very little English. I ordered a Canh bun (B8 spinach noodle soup with crab), and she asked me if I wanted pork, chicken, or shrimp. I said no, just the crab. She looked lost and confused, so I pointed to the menu item. She didn't know what crab is, but then said "ok". While preparing my dish, I heard a lot of things being heated in the microwave. I was the only customer there, so I assumed she was making my food. When she brought out my plate, it was Banh Cuon (C5 rice paper rolls). What?! It was comical at the point, and I just ate it anyway. So everything was heated in the microwave, the rolls and bean spouts, instead of steamed, like they were supposed to be. And they weren't rolls, they were folded over at the end like envelopes, which means less fillings than in the rolls. They tasted ok, however some of the pork pieces felt like they were old or going bad. I would never eat here again, and do not recommend.

I only got a Vietnamese iced coffee but it was excellent. It wasn’t bitter nor too sweet but it was powerful enough to make my hands start shaking.

The banh mi’s are very crunchy and neat when served fresh. The milk tea is delicious. It’s a nice mom and pop store. You can feel the genuineness of the place.

From to knockdown good banh mi sandwiches to the flavorful pho, this place is always good eats! The little lady cooking and making sandwiches is awesome and does a bang up job all by herself. The restaurant is very small but it's clean and the people are friendly and you even get paw paw chillin out or napping in the corner as security. Seriously, if you like Vietnamese cuisine check them out but please be patient, my little friend is the only one back there cooking up these tasty dishes!

Ordered special pork & grilled pork bahn mis. The bread was light and toasty and the fillings were yummy. For $5 each, can’t beat it. Also the lady who made our bahn mis was such a sweety. Thank you so much.
