Mindy was very attentive and pleasant. The experience overall was positive with minimal challenges. Food is delicious, crispy fries and well seasoned beef. The chicken was fairly bland and some apps were not as hot as we would have preferred. Biggest negative for us was only bottled waters available for the table at a cost. The atmosphere was interesting with great music playing and movies playing on TV, however, much of it was not child friendly. Hilarious enough, the kids wanted to come back for their birthdays. The birthday that we came for was celebrated nicely and they make it a big deal with a huge sign, sparklers, and a song playing. Would visit again.

I love this place very much. I think Houston is the hottest and most wonderful place where you can sit and chat for hours. It has such a beautiful atmosphere! It looks like boutique cafes in Europe.
Aside from the esthetics and photo ops, there's not much else to complement. Food is below average and is high priced. I ordered a salmon and rice plate and neither had any flavor. I spent $18 for three strawberry lemonades and they were not at all refreshing due to the sugar being overpowering. My bill was $173 for two adults and two teens and they even tried to add a 18% service fee which equaled out to an additional $25. I have no problem spending money but not for something I could've cooked better myself.

$15 for a pot of tea...no herbs nor fruit in it, you may get 4 cups from the pot of tea bags and water, if that...pls do better for us tea consumers, but the environment is relaxed and the customer service is great.
