I was assaulted on camera for the second time and reported it to the General manager ceo and wrote a report to hr documenting the assaults. I was told by the GM they had to let me go for being involved in a violent incident for the second time when in both cases were on video and I was assaulted not the one who did the attacking. Mind you all of this on camera. If you want to do Durgs do nothing get assaulted and get paid this is the place for you. I worked here over 3 years and let me tell you I’ve seen a lot. This is the only pic I was able to take but this guy from Parks Coffee RAN ME OFF THE ROAD.. The last digits of the Parks Coffee license plate is 9150 or 9158. I hope all their drivers don't drive like this.

It's so hard getting in touch with this company. We constantly run out of coffee and it's a hassel trying to get someone out here. Even when it's time to pay an invoice, you call and then get someone voice mail. You have to remember to keep calling to get in touch to pay. It's no point of using this company that's unreliable, better off going out and getting coffee yourself for a cheaper price. Even the main number you get the voice mail and have to wait for someone to get back with you if they decide to.

This company makes NO SENSE at all. I don't understand a company that hands out catalogs with NO PRICING in them and expects a purchasing manager to place an order. That makes no sense at all. An entire catalog with a dollar sign and a blank line next to it. The driver misquotes the pricing constantly so when you receive the invoice the price is a total surprise AND there's fuel surcharge that nobody cared to mention. This is not how business should be conducted. The supervisor - his reasoning - well our catalogs are for all over the U.S. so we can't list the pricing because it differs from state to state. Seriously? So, I tell the driver that I can't place an order until I know what it will cost. Then I get - well I can call him and he can tell me. WHAT? THE PRICE OF EACH AND EVERY SINGLE ITEM IN THE CATALOG? Nobody has any time for that at all. So maybe, someday, Parks will print a catalog with pricing in it and that way purchasing managers of companies can make an educated and informed purchase. Not standing in the the lobby w/ a driver who has no idea what anything costs and a catalog of blank pricing spaces P.S. don't leave out of your extra charges. Oh, and please educate your drivers on prices because I was quoted firm $12 for a box of KCups and received the invoice for $25.35 (kcups were $18.40 w/ $6.95 fuel surcharge). Needless to say,I'm shopping a new vendor for our service.

The service is horrendous. We were constantly running out of everything and they never had what we wanted on the truck so we were forced to settle for what was left after all of the stops.

I don't understand some of the reviews posted … Innovative Executive Suites has worked with Parks Coffee for 5+ years & we have NEVER had a negative experience. The quality & service is outstanding and the staff is AWESOME!!!! And all my Tenants (46 offices) love Parks Coffee too!!!!!
