It was crowded and our food took forever! I never did get a fork either. The vibe was cool, but the experience..not so much. The manager was kind enough to give us half off for the food taking almost 2 hours.

The servers are nice but the day I went was definitely for adults. For my folks in relationships either where your sunglasses indoors or don't take your significant other there's plenty to look at all in all a good experience. There was a party host the day I went named Marlo dude had the spot jumping.

I’ve been here a couple times and honestly I won’t be returning again. Charged $40 to park and $20 per person to get in. After getting in they said their card machines were down something they didn’t mention at the door and refused to refund because the “ATM was working.” Terrible establishment, pretty bad service & employees too. Wouldn’t recommend.

One star for the music. Saw fb add thought the menu looked great. No getting upon entering. Sat ourselves. Flagged down the server from the table next to is for a menu but she never brought anything. Waited a bit longer and went to the bar to ask for a server... Still nothing. What a waste of 40 minutes as it took 10 to find a place to Park.

I miss Barrys Pizza. They always had good food and vibes in that place and customer service was awesome. But THIS GROUP, the food looks like it's from Coscos freezer section and from what I'm hearing about the bug problem, I'm never setting foot in this place. Then they have the nerve to charge for parking AND TO GET IN? Please.

When we got there on a Friday night about 10pm they demanded 40$ for parking. I told him I only had 20 so he took that and let us park in the back. Once we got to the door it was 20$ for women and 30$ for men. They didn’t have change at all. The crawfish were small and my husband ask for a double shot of Hennessy. They gave it to him in a 4oz cup and it was 30$. We will never go back here. My 1 star goes to the DJ because he was jammin. That’s it!

I spent a nice amount here, but the food wasn't good and they ain't have anything we ordered. The crawfish was small as hell, and the season wasn't good.

My experience was horrible! Is this a restaurant or a club? How are you a pizza place and the pizza taste frozen. Why do they charge customers who patron their business to park? I would understand if it was downtown with limited parking I guess just another money grab. It is crazy that the only “restaurant” I have ever seen charge to just park your car are black own business and they don’t even valet. They service is/was terrible it’s like no one is aware of what’s going or know what’s on the menu. The menu is a joke and the drinks are mediocre at best. I remember when this use to be Berrys pizza, they never charged for parking and the pizza was delicious! Also if you want to spend extra extra money to sit under a cheap tent outside go at it. Because that’s considered a section ? Side note if the food was actually good I would not have left a review but this restaurant has a lot of audacity, how dare you be nasty overpriced and unorganized and charge me to park.

Sorry company, they very unprofessional and unorganized. Got a section and they LITERALLY had us moved for NO REASON AT ALL. After receiving a deposit!l!!! Never again will they be getting our services. RESTROOM TRASH! No toilet paper. Look like a complete dump. You almost wanna go get tested because you don’t know what you bound to catch in the restroom. Fix it Jesus. COMPLETE DISASTER

Parma was highly recommended by a few of my friends. So we decided to check them out on my birthday trip to Houston last weekend.Four of us met a friend at Parma to finishing watching the SuperBowl. We arrived a little after the halftime show. We sat at the table with him and not 1 server offered assistance. He had 2 Heineken bottles (1 empty/2nd about 2 sips left). About 30 minutes late a busser threw this empty bottle away. We asked for a server to take our order. I assume he didn't speak English bc he appeared confused when he walked away and did not get anyone to assist us.After 20-25 minutes of no service my friend went to the bar and was told to go to the other end of the bar to order a drink. 10 minutes later she came back to our table with no drinks bc no one assisted her.Not to mention we sat, next to an "employee closet" or something so several servers passed our table with no "Hello", "Do you need anything?", "Is everybody ok?" NOTHING!After an hour half later of no service we left after the game was over. No serice, no drink, no food, NOTHING! I'll never go again! And I'll make sure to tell everyone I know, not to waste their time when they visit Houston.

We went to Parma on a Sunday around 1pm.We picked our seats. The waitress brought us a carafe of water. We saw a roach floating in the water. We informed the waitress and left.I reached out to the owner via email. They said they immediately sterilized the kitchen and called an exterminator.

Why is this place still open? Service is at a all time low. I kept watching my drinks sit at the bar for over 15 mins damn near wanted to grab them myself. Server didn’t even know the difference from naked or breaded wings. What makes it even worse she was training a new girl. How you got one of your worse servers training someone. That explains why the service is bad. Pizza is nasty and the meat is very dry. I definitely don’t recommend this place. They don’t value customer service or quality save your money and go somewhere else

Food is good, drinks are a little pricey normally a double of reposado is about 22.00 my doubles were $28.00 and they were literally the standard shot size. My waiter was excellent. What I didn’t Iike was that they charged me a card fee, they didn’t have it displayed anywhere. The option wasn’t given so I could make that choice for myself. So after I gave my card and received my receipt and had a 5 dollar increase. I was taxed on drinks and gratuity don’t add a fee after I give my card. I didn’t fight it normally i would. I recommend getting menus, posting gratuity is automatically included LIST the percentage and list the card fee. Let’s do business with excellence this year it won’t hurt to notify your patronizer of the hidden fees

Overpriced, lacks attention to detail and the servers are some of the worst I’ve encountered in houston. They’ll check your purses yet won’t check your food or drinks? That’s a bit odd. It’s not a welcoming establishment and the crowd they bring are bottom barrel type of people. It explains why they’ve been able to get away with this for so long. Some people simply like bad service and bugs in their food, they know no better.

This place was recommended by friends. My girlfriend and I were craving pizza, so we decided to check it out. We showed up on a Sunday around 2pm. Half of the parking lot was blocked off with cones. When we pulled into one of the few available spots, a shady gentleman approached us demanded $20.00 for parking. We let him know we wanted to eat at the restaurant and he insisted that it would still cost $20.00. I really wanted to give them a chance, so tried calling the restaurant to verify, but they did not answer, even though they were clearly open and only had a few cars in the parking lot.Is the pizza any good? I guess we’ll never know. One star for effort.
