The staff at this hotel bar / restaurant is great! Jose and Martha (who I saw most often during my weeklong stay at the Whitehall hotel) we exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing! Service was quick, drinks were tasty and reasonably priced by hotel standards. The big hitch was closing the tab. The POS system was clearly slowing the team down. It was frustrating seeing a team that's clearly good at what they do being hamstrung by a system that's supposed to support them.

Best patio bar in all Houston! The most attentive, friendly and knowledgeable bartenders…Adam and “no way Jose” will make u feel like you’re at home away from home….their food and their cocktails plus the breeze will turn you into a “regular”
I go to Part & Parcel every week. It is my favorite place to grab a drink downtown because the building blocks the harsh sun and a nice breeze is always blowing through. Bartenders Adam and Jose are always friendly and very attentive. Most of the time they already have my drink poured before I even get to the bar. I appreciate the service and experience at this fine establishment! I would recommend that anybody who is in the downtown area should go here, specifically the outdoor bar.

A very fun experience. The atmosphere was superb and the service (especially Pete, our musician for the night, was very nice to listen to) The burger I got was very well seasoned although appeared to be overcooked. Overall I would recommend to eat here, especially if you are here because of the Whitehall Hotel that it is a part of.

Great outside bar located in downtown Houston at the WhitehallHotel. Great outdoor space with an invented bar menu we didn't have any food so I can't comment on the food. Had a live band and believe it or not it was very nice outside at 9:30 at night in downtown Houston.

We always love to pick this as a central location for Happy Hours for work and this time we had an even better spot. The musician was great and even played some of my favorite songs! The ambience was excellent and they were very attentive to us. I got mocktails and even those were simple but good! The feedback I got from everyone was they loved it and had a great time which is a win for us ☺️
