I am so grateful to have found Pastel Boutique! I had ordered a cake for a family graduation party, but I made a horrible mistake and gave them the wrong date. Luckily, I realized my mistake and went into the bakery in person to see if anything could be done. They very graciously worked with me, and were able to accommodate making the cake a week early! The cake was gorgeous and delicious! Can't rave enough about my experience, highly recommend Pastel boutique to anyone looking for a special occasion cake

I’m extremely disappointed I had ordered a cake for my sons 1st birthday it’s my first child and I was so excited I paid 500 for this cake and was expecting it to be made more properly for how expensive it. was The worker at the bakery, placed the cake in my car, which made it home safely and is only an eight minute drive from Bakery I placed it in my subzero refrigerator so it would be at a cool temperature And after An hour had passed I had noticed that the wing Began to fall off I contacted the bakery and they recommended that I placed bamboo stick to support the wing That did not work. The cake began to fall apart more and more, and they even placed this heavy cake on a cheap border. That began to cave in while trying to move the cake to the show table, I was so embarrassed by the cake that I could not get to properly enjoy my sons first birthday by taking photos and Having my family see the cake as well, it took the owner over one week to reach out to me Explaining to me that Cakes often break in weather changes, but then retracts that by saying he has made cakes that have withstand Texas heat so why was my cake any different and did not last? Was not willing to work with me at all for the Inconvenience offering me a $50 store credit credit for a $500 cake I am so disappointed I had such high hopes, and I cannot believe my son’s first birthday was inconvenienced by a poorly made cake I was told that the cake is not his responsibility Because it left in perfect condition But that is like Hiring somebody to build furniture then come to find Out it was not built correctly and ends up breaking on u, Terrible customer service.

I was so excited about the cake. I was looking for a good bakery, and I found this one on Google. I really don't know where all the good reviews are coming from. Cause my experience with the cake was so disappointing. I picked up the cake on Sunday, October 1st, around 2:40 pm. We "cut" the cake around 7:00pm. The cake was beautiful from the outside, but from inside, it was just disgusting. I tried to cut the cake, and the knife didn't get through. I thought the cake had some kind of support or something, but no. It was frozen!! hard like a rock. We finally got a pice, and the batter was just nasty. Looked and tasted old. Everything was frozen. The question is. How many days did they have the cake in the freezer?? Nobody ate cake, It was so embarrassing. More de $100 went directly to the garbage.

Their cakes are delicious with so many flavors to pick from even the pickiest person would be satisfied with their cake. Also their cake decorating is outstanding, creative, and detailed. I heard of Pastel Boutique via a friend and am so happy that I trusted them with my cake! I was looking for a cake with a fondant figure for my grandpa's 80th birthday. I sent them a few images of the cake I'd like, and received a reasonable quote within a couple of hours. The process was very efficient and smooth. The cake itself looked phenomenal and they did a fantastic job capturing details I hadn't even pointed out. The taste of the cake was also amazing - it was fresh, fluffy, and the right amount of sweet. I am so glad I know about Pastel Boutique and highly recommend them!!
