Very nice place was able to have samples able to get exactly what I wanted for my party. Order the cake for my grandson with PJ masks on it. Also ordered some cupcakes to go along with the cake.

Unacceptable customer service. I put an inquiry about a cake a month prior to my event and they waited two days before my event to ask for a deposit. Such awful birthday experience. Book someone else

They have really great supplies, a bit of a mark up but they are convenient and typically have supplies in stock.
They made the baby shower exactly how I wanted and it was delicious

Well I recently went and purchased star wars decor that a friend was looking for and I asked if I didnt need it or my friend didnt like it if I could return it and the lady and the man said yes , well they only refunded me for one , when they said I would get refunded , she pointed and the sign no refunds and I was like ok but yall told me that I would get a refund . By the way both star wars cake decor was still in the package . Anyways I left the star wars cake decor at the counter and told her she could keep it without getting a refund, since I didnt need it anyways.I thought it was really messed up.i guess ill find another cake store im sure theres other cake stores out there with good cakes . One more thing what upsets me is that I've been a loyal customer and have gotten all my cakes from them. But not anymore! I hate leaving bad reviews but this did it for me , I usually try to support mom and pop places but they really need to be better with the customers specially if they have been going for a while. No cumple su palabra la señora . Tampoco ya ni le echan chocolate al Italian cream cheese...
