I had a vanilla latte and it was so FRAGRANT and DELICIOUS. We tried out some of the pastelitos (obviously) and some of the meal options. Everything was good, staff was super friendly and the place was so colorful and whimsical. Definitely will be back!
The pastelitos are amazing and they are open early enough to pick up breakfast on the way to work
My family and I are from Puerto Rico and we came across Pastelitos Cafe. The food was amazing, the service was also amazing and the staff were incredibly kind. Everything that we tried was very yummy and had loads of flavor but my family and I’s overall favorite had to be the Caribbean Beef Pastelitos that brought us right back to PR. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone I knew and would most definitely return.
I’ve been coming here since 2015, maybe 2016? A long time :). I love coming for breakfast and supporting this wonderful gem of small family business.
My must have pastelitos:
Plantain y queso
Caribbean beef
Papa y queso
Thank you all for doing what you do!
Venezuelan at its best
A true gem in the Energy Corridor! Everything I've tried here has been excellent and fresh to order, but my personal favorites are the tequeños with the creamy salsa verde, pastelitos with guava and cream cheese, and of course the amazing Venezuelan coffee. The owner is so kind and welcoming. My parents got to meet him today and they had such a nice conversation with him that they said it felt like being at a friend's house!
Great food and service loved the pastelitos will return soon 😁
Food was good very fresh homemade. Staff was friendly & kept cheching on us. Got to try a free sample. left very full.
Very good and excellent service
I love this place, I hate that I cannot order on door dash also the online hours is not accurate. I placed a order online and paid, when i arrived the restaurant is closed early. I hope I can get a refund.

I didn't know this place… and I really loved it! Very rich! And the coffee tastes like that of Venezuela with brown sugar and cinnamon, a delight!!!

I visited the restaurant before, and the food and service were very good. But now it is horrible, starting with the delay in serving, bringing the food, apart from when they brought it it was cold, 10 minutes later they brought the drinks, I asked for a cachaba and they gave me a cachapa of bread flour mix, not only that, but also a dogfish empanada and it was tilapia type fish, a single horrible slimy mixture, I thought that the prices are very high for the food they offer, even to collect it took forever, very unfortunate that one spends a Sunday to relax and have a good time hang out with the family and have this bad experience.

Nice Venezuelan food restaurant, authentic traditional food with the great expected taste, presentation and amount. Went with a British that enjoys food around the world and took his doggie back with the leftovers from his Pabellón that as per his opinion was loaded and couldn’t finish it because it has “too much Arepa”. Will come back again.
