Delicious. It was my first time eating Venezuelan food and was very pleased. Service was friendly and great.

We order online and keep getting these disrespectfully under-filled sauce cups. This was freshly opened. It’s not even 1/3rd full. Can’t continue to patronize this place if they’re going to cut corners on customers that are paying a premium.

Great customer service, family owned restaurant, with great values, very attentive, and the food was delicious, I recommend the guava and cheese pastelito, and the chicken Alfredo pastelito.

Pastelitos is such a great place to come to! My food was warm and ready quickly and the service was excellent. Everyone treats you like family and the owner is always so attentive. I would recommend anyone to come for breakfast or lunch.

If you’re looking for a true taste of Venezuela in Houston, this place is an absolute gem. The food is incredibly fresh and traditional. We were warmly welcomed as non Spanish speakers and service was outstanding.

Oh…. And the Venezuelan coffee. Perfection! Try both the sweet and savory pastelitos.

The food is delicious and the staff was very nice. Would absolutely recommend this place. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Coffee is to die for.

We’ve decided not to return for in-person dining anymore. The service is far too slow it takes forever to be served.

Even when we switched to occasional pickup orders, the timing has been consistently bad. The food is never ready when you say it will be, and we’re always left waiting. On top of that, the quality has noticeably gone down. It simply isn’t as tasty as it used to be. And on top of it - it is pretty expensive.

It’s a real shame.
