Great food. Great casual atmosphere
Came here because it was closing and wanted to try since everyone had such good things to say about it. This is genuinely the most watery and flavorless pasta I have ever tasted. The fettuccine Alfredo was like just cream - no flavor at all, and the chicken add on was super small portion. Then the bolognese rigatoni was so watery and flavorless I cannot believe it is a staple at this place. I didn’t even finish it. And I guess they upped the prices since it is closing? I paid like 40+ dollars for this and we didn’t even finish half of it. Waste of calories. The sourdough was yummy though and the bus boy was nice and kept coming around to peoples tables but wowwww what a disappointment. Honestly I think if you have a palate a bit less developed, this may have been a good option for you. Also terrible parking.

Delicious pasta with generous portions (a small is enough to feed 2!) Sad to hear that they're closing down :(

Large portions, a huge menu, great vibes. We came on a weekday night and the line was really long but moved quickly. The mushroom pasta is really good! The vibes were amazing too.

Food (pasta) took a while to come out and was served at nearly room temp. Salmon was good

I visited Paulie's recently along with my wife and a friend. None of us liked it. I ordered the bucatini. It was spaghetti - not bucatini pasta. And it was much too spicy. Our friend ordered the bolognese and did not like it. My wife ordered pizza and thought it was nothing special.

Food is excellent and they are literally always packed. I have never NOT struggled to find a table…and this even includes off hours like 2:30pm. I seriously doubt this place is closing at the end of the year
Food was delicious Staff very friendly

I’ve been going to Paulie’s for well over a decade, so it’s truly sad to hear that December 31, 2025, will be their last day in business. My co‑workers and I had to make one last visit, and it was everything we remembered—and more.
I ordered the half order of the Bucatini Amatriciana — delicious, fresh, and perfectly spicy. The others ordered the chicken breast served with mushrooms, potatoes and broccoli. Everything was massive, fresh, and cooked perfectly. I also had a cortado (pictured), and someone else had a latte.
We finished off the meal with Paulie’s famous shortbread cookies — absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is warm, the staff is wonderful, and the food is just incredible. Paulie’s has been a staple for me for years, and it’s heartbreaking to see it close. If you haven’t been, go now — you won’t regret it!

The atmosphere is casual. Order at the counter and sit at various indoor tables. There are also some outdoor tables moreso for smaller parties along the sidewalk outside if you desire. Unfortunately, they are closing at the end of the year.

Best get to Paulie's before they close at year-end. Always enjoyed their food.
