The sharp cheddar sauce is some of the best I’ve had and chili was delicious but didn’t overpower everything else; the chopped onion and pickled jalapeño was a nice added touch.Buy please consider adding frito pie… getting that crunch with all those great flavors would be ??

Stopped into the Conservatory yesterday to check it out. We decided on lunch at Peaky Grinders. I had the Street Dog and can truthfully say that it was the best hot dog I have ever eaten in my life. Everything was cooked to order, so it took a few minutes, but it was worth twice the wait and twice the price. The hot dog itself was of highest quality, and when you add caramelized onions, bacon, pickles (made from scratch), pickled peppers, with bell pepper aoli, you have a dish that is not just delicious, it is craveable. And the fries are as good as the hotdog!
