Stopped in for a quick bite the other night with and I must say that I was impressed with the customer service that was shown. The manager Brad was very hospitable and patient with us even while my kids were being pretty hangry. Will definitely be coming back!

The customer service, politeness but not over the top to where u feel uncomfortable……personable employees kind of thing and the food was awesome and came out in an expeditions manner…… if I could give it 5.2 stars I would based on my experience I don’t know if I have just had so much bad luck elsewhere but again I had an awesome experience….. would recommend this location n a second!

Food was fresh and delicious. the restaurant looks amazing, very clean comparing to a few weeks ago. Manager was friendly and on top of thing. Glad to see a change in this restaurant.

I just came for lunch and ordered kung Pao shrimp. It was fantastic! Amazingly fresh and perfect in every way. Lightly cooked veggies, lightly crisp shrimp. Never had Pei Wei this good before.

I was one of 3 people sitting At a table at 1:30pm on a Tuesday. The regular cook didn’t seem to be there. They seem to be rushing to get to go orders out. They finally realized two of us had been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting. They brought my lunch and it was the wrong order. I didn’t say a word because I didn’t want to deal with it. One of the three people actually got up and left asking for his money back. The time before that they brought me my order and the rice was refrigerator cold like it had just been pulled out of the refrigerator. This used to be one of my favorite places to come but it has severely gone downhill. Corporate needs to step in on this one for sure.

I ordered the honey seared with shrimp,chicken & beef. This is my goto selection. The chicken was dry & beef was very tough. It's nothing like getting a bad meal when you're hungry and I was. I was very disappointed. I don't like wasting my hard earned money & patronizing a restaurant to not receive the best service and food.Definitely not the Pei Wei it used to be.

Never been to this location. Friendly staff, food was tasty and I didn't have to wait long. I will come back to this location!!!

$40 and I feel robbed. Definitely not the Pei Wei it use to be. Portions are smaller but cost more. Food is just digestible. NO sweet tea, no dr pepper, egg rolls changed straight out the freezer section they are small and burnt. They no longer have sweet and sour sauce only spicy stuff. Every thing is hot and spicy. Puts me in the mind of Panda express with them dry noodles and below average food. This will be my last time here. My mouth is on fire...

Chicken fried rice is bad! Absolutely wet, covered in sauce beyond belief. Is more like eating a risotto with lots of carrots! I respectfully suggest go to Hu’s Cooking (Asian restaurant near the medical district) and learn how to make a fried rice from them.

Maybe new management and staff but service was poor. Staff is unprofessional and quite rude. Food was incorrect so we asked for it to be remade. (Most likely was rung in incorrectly as the woman up front seemed distracted and didn't want to be there). We ended up waiting another 40 minutes before they brought it out again. Had to walk out to run back to work. A shame. This location was easily the best in the area. I don't know what happened.

Brennan was again amazing with service, I’ve been coming here for a year and I always get the firecracker tofu with broccoli and rice sticks. Just 560 calories and it’s DELICIOUS.

Gift Cards purchased at Voss were INVALID. GM Sarah Montoya & Voss crew did not refund our money or replace the cards. They have a bad system. We were robbed $50. Contacted Gift Card Team, and no response.
